    I had a loan through Target Cash that you took over. I made my payments on time every month until it was paid off. It was paid off December 3, 2022. Now Target Cash saying I still owe them $130.12

    The account wasn't updated accordingly with the promise plan to show the account was settled.  We have notified the creditor that the customer has settled their account and has no further obligation.

    I took out a $700 dollar loan through Makwa in September 2022 for emergency expenses due to the CA flood. Makwa Sold it to ZenResolve. I Have made 7 payments total $1,016.02, one payment of $300.90, one payment of $240.90, one payment of $237.22 and a payment of $237.22 and still saying I have a balance of $1.056.71 on a $700 loan. I paid over $1,016.02. That is outrageous and there is no way that should be or is legal. I don't believe they are allowed to charge so much in interest. I think my loan has been sufficiently paid and should be closed. I am requesting they close my account immediately as paid off, or I will further report them to authorities. I spoke with a team lead with ZenResolve loans yesterday and they were very unprofessional, causing me to be concerned about my information being sold or my identity being compromised due to doing business with them. I want my account closed down immediately. Thanks

    This loan wasn't sold to ZenResolve, we are a third party collection agency working on behalf of the original lender.

    The customer paid $541.80 to Makwa Finance and $237.22 to ZenResolve.  Their last payment of $237.22 on 4/14/23 was returned as non-sufficient funds.

     

    We have closed the account back to our client to handle as the customer stated they didn't want to pay anymore.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have set up payment plans with multiple debit cards and with the CORRECT banking information each time. My payment plans have been accepted each and every time. You required a payment over the phone which I WILL NOT do, as the online payment option is in fact an option. I have set up payments, there is sufficient funds, the R69 code is false. None of my information has been inaccurate. I do not accept your response.

    The customer's payments are being returned with a code of R69 which means that the information provided is incorrect.  We do not report to the credit bureaus and can not make her balance zero as the payments haven't been made.  We will cease communication per her request but are more that happy to help her resolve this if she would like to reach out to us in the future.

    I am not liable for this debt with Minto Money and do not have a contract with ZenResolve. They did not provide me with the original application like i asked. I believe I am the victim of identity fraud.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    It is satisfactory that they have closed my accounts, however I did not state that I was simply refusing to pay a debt. This company was attempting to collect debts on loans that had incorrect amounts and business information. Furthermore they were attempting to collect on a debt that was thrice paid and still attempting to collect additional funds. Both businesses used incorrect addresses as does Zenresolve. I warn consumers to do their homework on online lending providers and collection agents.

    I do not owe their client RiverValley Loans anything. I was told by the representative who gave me the loan that the loan was only $73 for payments. What they didn't say was that it was weekly. As soon as I found out that it was weekly which is above my pay ability I quickly gave them the money back plus allowed them to keep the $73 that they said I could not get back. They proceeded to collect another set of money from me even after I paid them off with another bank and I quickly notified my bank to let them know that this company was gouging from me from after I have already made the payment. **** of America responded with blocking them from making any more pulls from my account. There should be no additional that is old cuz not only did I pay them off within the next week but I also allowed them to keep the additional $73 the additionally pulled for me without respect to the agreement that was made according to their plan and schedule. And furthermore if I did owe them any money like they said then I would have owed them the whole thing which I don't because I did pay them off completely.

    After receiving the complaint on 12/12/22 we closed the account as disputed.  The customer emailed us directly at **************************************** to inform of the dispute on 12/13/22.  We didn't respond due to him stating that he didn't want us to contact him again.

    I have set up a payment plan with zen resolve for target finance for ****** a month, my first payment was received . I was sent an email today that I needed to set up payment plan because my account was about to go into meditive state and into collection action again. I have a payment plan already and Im honering that plan. They are receiving their money already.*******************

    This is the second time *** has contacted me claiming I owe money to a fraudulent loan company named LendMo for $1,191.33. They stated original loan company was Amplifi Financing, another fraudulent company. They emailed me 2 days ago, and just saw it today. I called. They wanted my DOB or Social Security #. I requested a supervisor and I did file a complaint with Zen. I have attached. The last time, they claimed to be collecting for another company that I am paying off, and that is what prompted my research into these companies. Additionally, I knew I would NOT apply for a loan when all I have to do is ask my bank for over draft that I have on my checking. As a result of Equifax latest "small" breach, this company, and 2 others I never subscribed to claimed I did. The latter 2 canceled "membership" . *** said they would close the account but I don't trust them. Need help.
