    I am writing to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding our mother's timeshare, registered under the name *********************************. Unfortunately, our mother passed away in October 2020, and we are struggling to manage the responsibilities associated with this timeshare. The timeshare, originally acquired by our mother over two decades ago, has been passed down to us. Regrettably, we have reached a point where we no longer wish to retain ownership and are financially incapable of meeting the ongoing financial obligations it entails.Our priorities and circumstances have undergone significant changes, and the timeshare no longer aligns with our current needs and commitments. Given our situation, selling the timeshare is not a viable option, and we do not have any family members or friends interested in assuming this obligation. Consequently, our sole and ******* request is to be released from the contractual obligations associated with this timeshare.We kindly request that you provide us with information regarding the process for mutually canceling our account. We earnestly seek a resolution that allows us to terminate our connection with your company, relieving us of the financial and emotional burden this timeshare represents.We anticipate your prompt response, either through conventional mail or email, detailing the steps necessary to initiate this mutually agreed-upon cancellation process. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly and satisfactorily will be greatly appreciated.

    I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services I've received from this company. Regrettably, my experience has been marked by unfulfilled promises, a lack of communication, and a substantial financial loss.I entrusted this company with the task of selling my timeshare, for which I paid a lot of money. However, to my dismay, the transaction has not materialized, and I have not received any updates or communication regarding the status of the sale. Despite assurances and promises to recover money on my behalf, I have yet to witness any action on their part.Moreover, it is disconcerting to note that my account (Ad # ******* remains active in their system, and I have observed that this company continues to advertise without any progress on the promised services.I have meticulously documented these transactions on my credit card, further substantiating my claim. This situation has left me with no choice but to seek resolution through appropriate channels. I am formally filing a complaint and urging an investigation into this company's practices.I kindly request immediate action to rectify this matter, including a refund of the funds I invested in these services. Please advise on the necessary steps I should take and if any additional information is required from my end to expedite the resolution process.I believe in a fair and transparent business environment, and I trust that this company will address these concerns promptly and professionally. Failure to do so may compel me to explore legal avenues to protect my rights and interests.I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution. This service was purchased in 2020, I just want this to be done and over with, give me my money back and stop scamming people. I would also like this company investigated for the scam they have committed and not following through with their services they advertise.
