    From the second I unpacked it, I knew Id made a mistake. It feels flimsy, smells of cheap plastic, and the insulation is laughable. Even worse, the base began sagging after minimal use. Dont fall for the brandingits just overpriced junk repackaged to look premium.

    The tub barely lasted two weeks before the leaks started. And when I reached out for help, they blamed me for improper setupdespite following all instructions. Its clearly a drop-shipped product with no actual customer support behind it. Total waste.

    This isnt a cold plungeits a glorified kiddie pool. No structural integrity, thin walls, and the temperature doesnt hold at all. I trusted the marketing and got burned. Found the same model being sold overseas for a third of the price. Avoid this reseller at all costs.

    The photos on their website looked great. Reality? The plunge feels like a toy, like its a portable pool for your kids or something. Barely holds water, and the insulation is a joke. Youre paying for the fancy logo, not a real tub of great quality. Beware of this company.

    Received mine last month. Cheap plastic, weak stitching, and already showing signs of wear. Im pretty sure its a mass-produced tub with just a fancy logo.

    I was excited to try cold plunging, but this product turned that excitement into frustration. The materials are thin, the insulation is practically nonexistent, and the tub began warping after just a few uses. I later discovered its identical to models sold on ******* for a fraction of the price. Save yourself the markup and the headache.

    Zero quality control. My cold plunge arrived scratched, leaking, and with no support team in sight. They dont reply to my emails or answer my calls. Complete waste of money. Dont trust this seller at all.

    I never thought I would look forward to freezing water, but the Titan Cold Plunge is that good. Its helped reduce my inflammation, boost energy, and even improved my sleep. Smooth delivery and setup, too!!

    The product is all hype. This company clearly orders from overseas, adds some branding, and hopes you wont notice. The material is flimsy, doesnt hold temperature, and began cracking after minimal use. Do yourself a favor and buy from ******* if you want to get the exact same thing without the overprice.

    Overpriced and underwhelming. Feel like i paid for the brand and the instagram hype rather than a real functional product. Material is super thin and poorly insulated. Wouldnt recommend any of their products to anyone.
