      I purchased a new car in January 2019 with gap insurance . The whole country shut down in mid march for many months .... my payments were deferred due to covid when the whole country shut down . This year my car was totaled an i filed a gap claim an it was denied , i inquIred why ? They said it was due to the deferred payments during covid ...wow did any one plan on that ? i sure did not the man i spoke to said well covid did not effect me . This is fraud an not ok .....       I had a problem with the dealership that was doing the repairs to my RV. They overcharged me for work that should have been covered by my warranty. After getting stuck paying the bill ( just so I could go on vacation) I decided to call Portfolio myself. I requested that someone review my claim because I believe **************** didnt look after my best interest. ************** from the ***** office was more than helpful in resolving the matter and getting me a refund of my out of pocket expenses I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend buying a service agreement from Portfolio. I definitely plan on buying a service warranty on my next RV too!

She was friendly, professional and quickly provided all the information we needed!And whenever we used our RV's extended warranty through One Portfolio, it was an outstanding, no-hassle experience.       I do not understand how these extended warranty companies take all of our money, but then when something happens to your car they say oh thats not covered. I have the hi-tech coverage and seems to me electrical would be covered. The screen went bonkers in the car and I was told a whole new radio had to be replaced, oh but its not covered????What am I going to do I need the screen to work, so I put money down just so they could order the part and now its weeks going by and still no radio. I would not recommend this company to use as an extended warranty, you will be lucky if they actually cover something that happens on your vehicle, total disappointment.

      Buying this warranty with PortFolio has been the worst experience. My car has been at a shop chosen by PortFolio for over a week and there asking me to provide proof of regular maintenance before repairs can be made. They haven't even told me what's wrong with my car. My car stop on me and my 1 year old daughter. Stranded on a freeway at 5am. A 2018 Malibu that looks clean and new. The insurance company will not even provide me with a rental before service can be approved. I have never been refused service with other policies. It's 2/20/24 and I'm still waiting. I can't believe this is happening.

      I had an issue transferring an extended service agreement until I contacted Portfolio in *****, most of my dealings were with ******, she is the most polite and knowledgeable person I have ever worked with in my life.
