      The entire process was quick and efficient. Our windshield was replaced by ******** within three business days after the initial filing of our claim. No hassles at all. Our customer service **** ****** ****** was outstanding. She was an absolute pleasure with which to work. Highly recommend this company!

      The claim department was very professional and knowledgeable. They processed my claim in a timely manner. As long as you send all proof and explain it in detail, they follow up well. I recommend.

      The representative that helped me was very patient knowledgeable and friendly. She showed genuine concern and took the time to help me through all of my questions. I wish all phone call representatives.Were as excellent as her. So many places today are switching to automated and A.I. phone systems which is maddening.

      I am a service writer at a dealership that uses portfolio for warranties. **** ******* (claim adjuster) is the absolute BEST! He is knowledgeable, and throughout, yet friendly at the same time. He always goes above and beyond for every claim that comes his way. If something is wrong/incorrect with a claim, he is always willing to do his best to correct it or explain why the claim is the way it is. Always outstanding service he provides! 5 gold stars to him!!

      A Barely Legal Scam of a company. They approved a $200 sensor replacement and less than 3 weeks later are stalling on a claim to replace roughly $3000 parts that are supposedly covered by the warranty. They claim they need maintenance records- we sent them, they're literally the same records from 2 1/2 weeks ago. My vehicle has been in the shop for almost a week now waiting on them to approve the claim."delay, deny, depose"

      They do whatever they can to delay and deny. I broke down out of strategy and after TEN days waiting on an Inspector I had to pay the $2200 myself since I was spending a fortune on lodging. Nearly impossible to talk to a person on the phone, just a redundant set of prompts to go through without any actual help. I can provide many more details if needed. I am also complaining to the ***. This company has no intentions of honoring their obligations to their customers.

      J&N. ****** On 7/14/25 I contact Portfolio *** because I got the run around from the dealer I bought my 2020 Equinox from. When I asked for my warranty information they printed me out a non descriptive statement or reference that did not answer my questions. I talked to serveral employees, only to be further annoyed. After several phone call attempts to contact a representative from Portfolio, my phone call was answered by ***** ********. Already flustered, I assumed this conversation was not going to go well. His greeting put me at ease. Yay, I got a live person, and he sounds polite and genuine from his tone. YES. Because of his tone I wanted to be kind and respectful first off. As I explained my reason for my call, he understood. He listen. He proceed to answer my questions, as well as, read my mind. Before I can formulate the next question he offered clarification. He broke down everything I needed to know and more. I know I had to leave him a review. In todays world, customer service can feel like you, got invited in, only to be left alone in annoying environment, frustrating. Especially after you invested money to have a peace of mind. I can express my appreciation enough. If we were in person, I would hugged you.Thank you
