    On Wednesday, June 25th 2025 I placed an order with Scaled Performace for a Mishimoto ********* ****** FJ Cruiser Transmission cooler for $295.59. They immediately and successfully charged my credit card and sent a confirmation email that my order had been placed. On Friday, June 27th 2025 I received an email that my order had been cancelled with no explanation. I believe this is wrong for several reasons:1. The part is still advertised on their website at the price I paid, with currently inventory listed openly. As of time of this complainant they still have two in stock. 2. According to their terms and conditions, once an order is placed the customer can not cancel it 3. I now have to wait an unknown period of time to get my money back to my card and will have to wait that long before I can place another order for this part which I need.

    At time of ordering the website showed 3 in stock and currently still shows 2.  When money is refunded to my card it goes to a loan payment plan called ************** Time  instead of just canceling out the charge so now Im out that money.

    I reject their attempt to respond to this and the answer given because as of today, July 7th 2025, the item is STILL listed as in stock and available to purchase.  Their decision to cancel and refund my order caused me to be set back nearly $300 this month because refunds go to a loan payment instead of back to my bank account.  This is pathetic, it would be one thing if they updated the website to prevent other people from making this mistake but they have not.  They also sent me an automated email asking me to submit a review, which I gladly did attempting to warn others not to do business with them, but they apparently opted not to let it through.
