            Sales Order # ***** Ordered placed 10-9-2023 Order ship by 10-20-2023 Credit card was charged in full 10-9-23 I have called at least 15 to 20 times and left messages regarding status of order with no reply. I have emailed also and have received no correspondence.

            I placed and order back in December 2023, they asked for a Cash In Advance payment of $4150 which has been done on 12/11/2023 and since, they completely disappeared.I called hundreds of times, their phone line is handled by an answering services, I let hundreds of messages, no one called me back or email me back regading the status of my order.I sent also a lot of emails/reminders and no one answered to it...I have been scamed by this company! and this matter has been escalated to the proper authorities.
