    I received call from a 732 area code asking me to call a 945 area code about a matter in their office. Called was told they are a county office and I will be in trouble for saying I was law enforcement. They call 1 or 2x each week. They hung up and called me from ************************************************************************************************************************************ court. 540 # they called from is answered National Advisory and message says all agents are bust call toll free # left in voice mail.Believe this is a SCAM

    This sounds like a great company unfortunately I got a scam Call from another company Using their name, I left a message at this company asking for them to take me off and quickly received a call back explaining this was not the same company !! I decided to write this review in case any other people came to blame this company when in fact, it is not them !!I am so grateful They took the time to call me back and let me know the mixup ! I wanted to say thank you to the gentleman that called me back. He sounded like he was the owner. He even gave me tips to report the spam call - thank you thank you.

    I hate to say I fell for a scam but I did. Super frustrated with them. Have been paying monthly installments for over 2 years. When I called a few months ago, someone answered and said they were working on the loans. Now that student loans repayments have started again, I've left 2 messages with no return call. I've called a few times but I can't get anyone on the line. I'm super disappointed in this company and myself for falling for this.

    National advisory is a hoax, this is a scam. I've had an account created with them 2 years ago and they've been taking my payments monthly since August of 2021. My student loans are still on my record as if nothing ever happened.. I've reached out to this company via email and have called numerous times and left several messages all to no avail. They won't even contact me back.. do yourself a favor and save your money!! P.s The number they keep telling you to call **************. will only take to a voice mail no matter what option you pick. Then when you leave a msg, no one responds back to you no matter how many msgs you leave..

This was the primary service we were engaged to provide, and we fulfilled that obligation.We understand that your loans remain on your credit report, which is standard practice even after rehabilitation. Loan rehabilitation removes the default status, but the history of the loan will still appear on your credit report. This is part of the federal student loan process and not a reflection of the services we provided.If you have further questions or need assistance, we encourage you to contact your loan servicer directly, as they are now responsible for managing your account post-rehabilitation.Again, we apologize for any miscommunication and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.     Alert is a fraud!! They offers support student loan forgiveness you never see reduce your account. You try to contact the advisor but never answer. Take your money but your loan remains in the same balance.

Both agreements you signed state that National Advisory is a third-party document preparation company working on your behalf, not a government entity nor the servicer of your federal student loans. Additionally, both agreements you signed state that the document preparation and enrollment fees are not applied to the balance of your loans and that National Advisory does not and will not make any payments for or on behalf of the client. National Advisory is committed to creating individualized strategies for our clients with the goal of minimizing term lengths and total payback amount. Please understand that because we handle each individual clients situation with personalized care, and because the process itself is complicated, the loan reduction process doesnt happen overnight. We can, however, confirm that work has been completed on your file and we would be glad to review the details of your situation with you.     Unfortunately this was not the guidance I received. *********************************** said the exact opposite, even though I was busy at the time I received the call, she insisted need to sign the papers. Which disappear when signing and no copy is received back. I have been calling this person on several occasions also at the call center, no one answers. After a certain time the call drops. By email the same way after signing, she writes,they went for lunch and they don't answer. When I received the call, ****************** knew the moment I had been, unemployed and even so, her orientation was based on the fear of losing the opportunity and the percentage that my loan would go down. No person wanted to pay a third party and in addition the monthly payments of the student loan. I do not wish to be associated with this company or its affiliates. I request to cancel or terminate any representation that they have been awarded. Immediately.
