            I am filing a complaint because like MANY others who purchased tickers for last year's (2020) show, I have not received my refund of $244 from The Pageant of the Masters. They are refusing to issue refunds for the show that was canceled due to COVID-19 after many, many attempts to contact the company via email, phone, and social media. They are stating that they used the money for the 2021 show and do not know when they can issue refunds. This is extremely unethical and this is also theft. I would like for my refund to be issued asap. Please refer to their yelp page where you will see many others with similar complaints. This business should be investigated immediately.

            I purchased a ticket for Pageant of the Masters with the understanding that they would be adhering to *** guidelines. The event is this weekend and they are not requiring masks as the *** guidelines recommend. They're saying because it's not inside. The people at this event sit elbow to elbow. People who are not wearing masks can be spreading covid. They're refusing to issue a refund. They have no regard for human safety. All they care about is keeping the money.
