    I am a consumer and independent artist who first learned of Turn Me Royal when they contacted me to try to get me to stop using a public domain image they were also using. Public domain images are 90+ year old images that have entered the public domain and no longer copyrighted. They are free to use by anyone. Turn Me Royal took illegal actions against me, a consumer. And they admitted it but have not resolved it. DMCA take downs require an affidavit under both ** and international law that under the penalties of perjury their claims are true. When I reached out to their support email, they ignored me. Then I reached out to their CEO directly, he ignored me. So I filed a review and then they emailed me apologizing for filing a false DMCA and asked me to remove the review I left about them!. They couldn't be bothered to respond to my email, as an innocent consumer being attacked by a company. But as soon as I shared what they did, THEN they contacted me, but they have not resolved what they have done to me. They are also misrepresenting their actual location. They are located in ********* but illegally use a ********** address of their dropshipper, misleading consumers into believing they are working with a ** based company. They are not registered nor located in ******.

    They advertise 60% off but when you put in the promo code it's 20% off. I uploaded a photo of this bait and switch.

    11/25/22 Placed order online 11/28/22 Received a proof. I requested a revision, because the editing was really poor. As stated in their guarantee, "Modifications- If you are not happy after viewing the preview of the portrait you can ask for revisions - we do unlimited modifications free of charge! Should you decide even after several modifications that you are not happy with the result, we will of course respect your decision. In that case, please write to our customer support so we can reach the best solution for you.100% Satisfaction Once you have received the portrait and you are not satisfied with it you may return it to us in the original packaging within 30 days after receiving it to receive a full refund. Please get in touch with us for a return address."12/19/22 Sent an email to ********************************** explaining I have received no updates. The site still says Artwork ready to send to artist.12/22/22 Sent a message through ******** hoping maybe that would get a response. Received an automated response, "Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and we'll make sure to get back to you within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Thank you for your patience!" I have received no response 12/31/22 Sent another ******** message. Same automated response. No actual response 1/5/23 Sent another ******** message. Same automated response. No actual response.I have also sent multiple messages using their web page form. No response. The site has NO phone number. I've checked and there are a ton of people complaining. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. At this point, I just want a refund and have told them so. I still have received no response.

    After approving the picture I ordered for a 25th Anniversary party, January 9th date, I now have been told by the company that it is in production and I will be notified when it is shipped. They advertise 5-7 days after approval (I approved it on December 27th). It will not be delivered on time and they still have no date of delivery to give me. I offered to pay 'rush shipping' but they said that is not possible. I want this reported so others are not scammed too.

    I order a portrait on 12/10/22. The next day I sent them a request to change the delivery address. I also filed an official change of address with ***** Then *** attempted to deliver it to my old address and did not forward it like they are supposed to do. They sent it to **** and they did not forward it or contact me even though they had my forwarding address. They disposed of it 4 days later and now Turn Me Royal is not acknowledging my concern or my request to either reimburse me or send me my portrait that I paid for. All in all a disappointing. This is unfair to me as I did all the correct things. I notified them one day after I placed the order to change the delivery address and I changed my address with *****

    I wrote a written request via email in the 24 hour window, which I received a out of the office email. My money was also withdrawn from my account after the cancelation emails were sent. I also reached out to my bank to sign paper work to stop the transaction.

    Purchased 10x8 couples portrait. It was shipped and later lost on the mail. Both carriers blame the other and the Turnmeroyal company has ignored my emails and messages on their platform to have it either re-shipped or refunded. Its like the company no longer operates. I spent $90 on a photo that had could be anywhere and the company isnt correcting their error in shipping partner or concerned with customer service.

    I made a purchase for a 'Turn Me Royals' product w/the agreement that they would provide a preview of the product FIRST and then I could either 1. Accept 2. Changes 3. Cancel They provided a portrait preview 2 days after I placed my order, but I did not like it. It looked hideous. So I asked them to make changes. Next. they sent me a second portrait preview that looked no different than the 1st. I hated it & told them so. After looking more closely at their product, I could see way too many ********** told them to cancel my order. They continued to try to pressure me into trying a different print (which I did not want to do for personal reasons) or to try a new picture. Trying a new picture would do no good since the issue is with their print template.I've asked them 5 times now to cancel this order & give me a refund and they have chosen to just ignore me completely in the last 3 attempts. Their silence in my opinion is a message that they will not refund me; they have my money and I have no product (which I will not authorize since I do not want it) - common sense would call this THEFT!The RETURN policy is "Satisfied customers are what make us the premier custom royal portrait site. Your satisfaction is our top ************* will do everything to ensure that you love your portrait" For one I don't have a portrait since I declined to approve their preview because I hate it; so my order sits in limbo. They are clearly not concerned with my satisfaction.They offer refunds in 24 hours but I did not get my preview until 48 hours - which makes it convenient for them to steal! How can I cancel without seeing if I like it? They sent several emails saying they were busy and responses would be delayed - this is not my problem. They should have provided a sample in 24 hours so I could decide whether or not to complete my purchase or cancel my order. I want a full refund from this company. They are scammers and thieves and are holding my money hostage!

    November 25, 2022 ordered four (4) 18x24 portraits at quantity related 40% discounted rate with digital files of portraits (which was $10 per portrait) and paid ****** total cost thru PayPal. Received previews for all 4 portraits on November 28, 2022, requiring revision request or approval within 72 hours or they would be shipped as is. Since original cost, not discounted cost was also displayed with each portrait; I submitted within a few hours of receipt of previews a comment that the price was not reflecting discounted rate along with 3 of the 4 portraits a request to make the headshot blend more with the body. Revision and comments received immediately per email. Received email December 2, 2022 from **** asking for clarification on submission of incorrect pricing which she included correct total price paid and additional note that previews dont have discounted prices displayed. So I immediately responded that she provided proper clarification for me on the pricing. I have not received any communication since including no updated previews although I have gone into account and have seen a change on one portrait but no ability to submit further corrections or approval. Not sure if changes applied to other two (one was okay except for incorrect price). It is December 15, 2022, 13 days after responding to clarification email and no other communication or changes to portraits or ability to submit revisions or approval. Order #******

    Hi there , order for 3 art work, placed on 11/29, I paid $233.00, all receipts show full price of $389. Got work for an approval on 12/03 , one not matched photo send back , but not much was changed , approved anyway and been waiting for 14 days for shipment information, was keep getting automated response: your email will be reviewed , finally on 12/11 I emailed company if my shipment will be not available soon Im disputing charges ( I order one more work for $95.00 on 12/03) and filing complaint in BBB, next day 12/12 I got email with shipping information, today is 12/14 both **** AND **** show package not even in facility for delivery, they just printed label but never dropped off a package, so orders was for Christmas present for all my kids , I emailed them today again saying no delivery information they told me should be there , still nothing, that is so frustrating and unprofessional, do not know how people leaving a good review? Horrible customer service, do not know how will products look like yet , if I ever get my product, thank you
