    I made a payment to Green Island Movers LLC of $1,120. 40% of the moving costs on August 10, 2023. Once the money was received - ***** failed to keep open communication and was unresponsive making me uneasy about the move. When I looked on ****** a review had popped up on August 13, 2023, from another person saying that it had been close to two months without her furniture and was getting no response. I was uneasy and called ***** and said I would like to not continue with the service and to get my money back. He said it would be difficult to give my money back because they pulled the truck, but no service continued. He said he would be in contact, but then he started becoming unresponsive again.I paid without them providing any services - I went with U-haul instead and he stopped responding to my text messages. Company is definitely a scam and there terms of their contract is not allowed if you read closely.

    I hired Green Island Movers LLC via the moving broker *************** Services. The move was from *********, ** to ********, **. My things were picked up on June 18th by Green Island Movers to be delivered on July 19th. I paid in full.Three weeks have gone by since the delivery date and I have yet to receive any communication regarding the delivery of my things. I've attempted to contact the business through the phone number **************, however I'm greeted by a voicemail stating the number has changed, been disconnected, or is otherwise no longer in service. I have also attempted to contact the business through the email ********************************* I received a reply from ******************************* letting me know he would look into it. However, none of my subsequent emails were ever answered.Finally I have also attempted to contact the business through the brokers but they are also unable to get in contact with the business.It's been three weeks since I was supposed to receive my things and I have not only not heard from the business but been unable to get in touch with them. I don't know what to do and fear my things have either been lost or stolen.

    RUN!! If you are planning on loosing and never finding your stuff, be sure to use them. My things were supposed to arrive in ******* on july 18th after being collected in *********** june 21. There's no way of getting in touch though phone, e mail ( August 6)NIGHTMARE
