  I have been with Sense Financial for 6+ years now, and what always strikes me is their responsiveness, accuracy, and willing to provide not just advice, but advice with context. ******* is Always present ready for answers to any questions, and his support team are 100% as well. Solo 401ks are very complex and specific. It could cost you dearly if you make a wrong move - and the *** isnt to be messed with. They took down ***************** when the feds couldnt. The client portal contains a wealth of information and templates for forms/tax forms where needed, and they send regular reminders to clients on what needs to be filed, when. ******* has always, 100%, had our best interests at heart. He is kind, considerate, responsive, and if he thinks something you suggest doing is against *** rules, h*** tell you. If you push the issue, he will reinforce, and if you continue to push it, he *IS* your no-holds-barred conscience. Its the ***. I completely respect him for this.About responsiveness: if its a quick answer, he will email. If its longer Ive known him to just pick up the phone and call, and sometimes a scheduled call with him. Hes Fast.Sense Financial is the company I was referred to when first exploring it, and has the single best customer service and level of service I have seen in a company. I do not say this lightly. I trust ******* to 100% look out for his customers best - COMPLIANT interests. I would NOT trust this part of my portfolio with anyone but him.

  Sense Financial is the BEST! The team is extremely helpful and responsive. They explain things clearly and have a Knowledge Base that provides a wealth of information. All communications are professional and timely. I can't imagine using anyone else for ************!

  The first time I ************************* speak on self-directed retirement plans, I was surprised how little I knew about the topic. The use of **** never was never offered as an option by any of my other wealth managers. Sense Financials' excellent educational videos along with Minnah excellent communication skills help me with my plan documents and properly set up ************ checking account. Anytime when I had additional questions, ****** was there, and each time offer me to reach out to her again if needed. Other firms that offer **** did not provide the same level of personal touch as Sense Financial.I highly recommend using Sense Financial to anyone interested in seeking more control of their retirement investments.

  I found Sense Financial as a referral from another investor. The process was seamless and the price for their services was less then other competitors that I shopped before making the commitment. Price was not the only factor in me choosing Sense Financial...their excellent customer service, quick response times and willingness from the *** to hop on a call and talk you through things it a rare find. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to open a self-directed account, you won't be disappointed!

  I have been very happy with Sense Financial. ******** operates this company with high integrity and that's the most important part when doing business. The process to set up ************ was seamless and all my questions were answered quickly and with ease. Sense was recommended to me by a family member and I am so glad I found out about it. There is an informative 45 minute video that explains everything in detail and I was able to make the best choice based on that and speaking with customer service. Thank you for all your help, Sense! Looking forward to many years of business.

  The Sense Financial team is amazing! Not only they have all the answers, but they present things in a way that is very clear to understand. Their online instructions on what to do and how to do it are perfect!
