On 4/25/25, I purchased a fuse block for my daughter's 2003 **** Expedition. She had been stranded in a parking lot. She lives in ********, I live in **********. At the time of the breakdown, the starter would turn over the car but it would not start. Her mechanic recommended replacing the fuse block because there is a known failure point in the original component regarding the fuel pump module. Repair Laboratories website indicated: "All parts are rebuilt and tested with experienced technician. This IS NOT a junkyard or used unit that has simply been ********* has been rebuilt to repair the problems that plague the *** units". A rebuilt unit was ordered and delivered. When the fuse block was received and placed in the car, the car starter would not work. At this point, other issues had to be explored so it was taken to the mechanic that originally diagnosed the problem. Due to the fact given by Repair Laboratories suppling a "tested" component, other diagnosis needed to be done. The mechanic traced the nonstarting issue as the rebuilt faulty fuse block and repaired it. The car worked with his repair to the fuse block. I contacted Repair Laboratories and supplied the invoice from the mechanic documenting that the fuse block was faulty and the repair that was necessary. I asked to be reimbursed the fee charged by the mechanic, $485.41, for the repair. Their reply was "your original problem is your old faulty vehicle". In summary, the original fuse block in my daughter's car needed to be replaced. A part was ordered from Repair Laboratories that was rebuilt and "tested by anexperienced technician". With a supposed working component, with further problems, a mechanic was needed to diagnose the car. The diagnosis led to a faulty replacement, "tested", part that was repaired. With the repair of the faulty fuse block, the car performed normally. Mistakes can happen and I have asked for a remedy that has been ignored.

I sent my *** module in for repair, you had to pay first before they would tell you where to ship it. the module was returned to me on August 21. The repair only lasted two months before it was not working again. I sent it back to Repair Laboratory on October 29, I received it back on November 12. When I installed it, it had the same issues as before I sent it off, it was not repaired. When I told them about it the response was " it cant be fixed" or "the problem is on your end". I had the car tested and the problem is the *** module. I was told I would not get a refund because they fixed it twice, but on their website there is a lifetime warranty.

$434.00 I originally paid for a repair service. I received the *** unit back and didn't work. Sent the *** unit back to Repair Laboratory. They said there was nothing wrong with it. But wanted more money. Now they will not send my *** unit back to me.

I ordered a vehicle security module for $414, the item shown in pictures on the website show a back plate installed and a sticker on the front which is very important because that sticker is the only place you can get the door code for the keyless entry. The item that delivered to me was missing the backplate and the sticker, I contacted the company and they told me to use a scanner to find the code, so I purchased a $60 scanner tool only to realized there is no way to get the code without the sticker, and with that scanner tool I found out the part number didnt match what I ordered either. I sent in a request for a refund which took over 2 weeks to receive past the time of delivery back to them and constant calling. But the refund was not the full amount, they charged me $59 to restock and ship item, I paid to ship it back too. When I called to question this not being a full refund he kept asking if the part worked which I said no it doesnt because the code was not there as it shows it would be on your website and nowhere in the description does it warn there wont be a sticker with the code. The whole reason I purchased this part was for ability to use the keyless entry and it doesnt work. At the end of the day I had to pay for a scanner tool which they requested me to do and it costs $60, the cost to ship it back which was around $10, and they are charging me $59 for restocking and their shipping costs. The items is no where near close to what was described on the website. You can see the ***** difference from what is shown on the website and what I recieved in my pictures attached.

Original purchase was made on 1-15-24. The item was an automotive GEM module. After receiving and returning 4 defective modules I requested a refund of the original purchase price of $350.00 . I received a e mail back station they would provide a refund when I returned the module. I returned the module and sent them the tracking #. After over one week I contacted them via e mail inquiring about the refund. In response to the inquiry, they again requested the tracking # which I provided. I e mailed then again on 5-8-24 asking when they would honor there commitment on the refund. I have not received any response from repair Laboratory at all. Thank for any help you ca provide . *************************. Phone ************.

I hired repair laboratory to repair a ABS module for my car. I sent them the module with confirmation that they received it. Repair lab then told me the could not repair it and asked for 100$ to ship it back(their service describes free shipping. sipping was under 10$ anyhow.) I filed a complaint with **** then received a message from repair lab to send them a prepaid box and label if I want my product back so I did exactly that and never got my product back and heard from them again. This is a very expensive part which I no longer have and has cost me time money and cannot drive my car all this time.

I purchased a TIPM from repairlaboratory.com. My original faulty part had an issue with one headlight not working. I purchased the remanufactured part, installed it and found that the parking lights did not work on the purchased item. I had already sent my original part back for a core charge return. Now I sent the purchased part back after speaking with someone at repair laboratory. I sent the order number along with the problem as asked. About a month went by and I never heard anything. I called on June 13th. I was asked to text the order number and the problem with the defective part and I would hear back in a couple hours. It's been a week and still nothing. I called again Friday the 16th in the morning and left a voice message. No return call. I need my original part back as well as a refund of my money.

All correspondence was by email. On Aug 6, 2022 I ordered an ABS control module from Repair Laboratory. The cost was $360 for the module, $200 core charge and $8.00 shipping. I received the module and installed it. As per Repair Laboratories instructions, I brought it to a mechanic for my vehicle's VIN to be downloaded into the module. After VIN download, all ABS lights on panel went out except for my Traction control light. The mechanic checked for DTC codes and found a U0114, Transfer case ECM problem. A transfer case is only on a 4 wheel drive vehicle and my 2012 Navigator is not 4 wheel drive. The mechanic could not get the vehicle's computer to stop looking for a transfer case ECM. and to get the Traction Control light to go off. I contacted Repair Laboratory by email and explained them the problem, that they may have inadvertently sent me a 4 wheel drive module instead of a 2 wheel drive module. They asked if the ordered module's part number matched exactly with the malfunctioning module on my Navigator. I sent them a picture of my module to show them it was the exact same number. They replied that I could send them my malfunctioning module and they would repair and return it. I replied wanting clarification as to what it would cost me to have my malfunctioning module repaired and returned and if I would get my core charge back. They replied "Yes, No Charge". I sent my malfunctioning module to them for repair, they repaired it and sent it back to me on Sept 9, 2022. I replaced their module with my repaired module and all the lights on my panel went out as normal. They did a great job in repairing my module. I shipped back their module which kept the traction control light on. They received it and refunded only $100 of my core charge. After contacting them 5 times for an explanation and going back and forth for clarifications, they finally said they will not refund all my core charge. I feel they had mislead me on the charges and saw a way to keep $100.
