    Had a really bad experience with them. We did not know that licensced contractors are required to give a written estimate for any job over $500.00 They did drawings for us for one job and did it on a time and materials basis. This job was for site plans for a 2178 sq. ft home. We did not provide them with any AutoCAD files. Their drafting person came to the house and measured everything and did 3 drawings of how the house was before purchase, after purchase and overveiw of the lot. They charged $6,600 for that job. Then we wanted to add a window in another house. The verbal estimate by the owner was $1,000.00. In the middle of doing the work the owner disappeared for a whole month. In this case we provided them all the house drawings in AutoCAD format so they did not have to start from scratch. Then when the owner returned, he tried to charge us $13,600 for drawings and permit. Also tried to charge us for title 24 which was not required in this case. The cost for the drawings was $9,450.00. He is also holding the drawings for the first project that he was fully paid for hostage.
