    Work was requested to be performed. The work was performed incorrectly resulting in duplication of the repair and extensive damages caused by the incorrect repair work completed. I was told I needed to own the repair costs because over two weeks lapsed after the work was completed. I was informed there was no way for the car to be looked at for two more weeks upon attempting to physically return the car to correct the errors.

    I bought a cadillac xt6 from this dealer in may 18,2023 ,i need the car for commercial for i ask the dealer many time to get commercial license plate ,they said no problem with it .And i bought this car under my company name: joyful transport llc.Apparently this vehicle is for commercial to use,not for my personal use. they dealer taking long time to get things done at that day, i thought they are professional to get my vehicle commercial license ,cause this car is under business tile and i already tell them many time i need register for commercial use. After two weeks, my friends already get the commercial license plate ,he actually bought the vehicle same day as me . Then i try to contact the dealer what status of my registration for my commercial license plate,he seem like doing nothing for my case .Then i ask them did you guy scale my vehicle weight,cause for business you have to scale it at the scale station.The dealer is said already told me to do it,but i am the one forgot to do it.Hell ,he is totally liar . I have to make my day off to go scale station to get the certificated card and mail it to the dealer .Also i send a text message about the certificated card to the dealer. Two days passed,the dealer ask me to get anohter vin verification card from dmv or sclae sation,because they said they are too samll dealer can't do this. I make another day off to DMV to get it .but the dmv told me was for new vehicle i have to get information from dealer,waste a more days now. Now the dealer is not reply my message and block my phone number,i was very upset what happend in few days,for us time is money ,car interest is very high ,and they not helping me to do with my case,anyone please help me ,God will bless!!!!! I am not the one want to make trouble ,but the dealer screw me up,the location is 120 miles away from my home ,i lose many time and money on this shit ,please help ,i can provide all the messages chat with dealer ****** ,i have all the chat

    The Customer bought a new vehicle under his business name on May
    18, 2023 and wanted it registered for commercial use.  Which we agreed to do for the customer and we
    would have to follow the normal process for registering a vehicle, but would
    need weight certificate for the commercial use the customer needed it for.   We told the customer at time of purchase he
    would need to get that certificate for us to complete the process with our DMV
    clerk.  The customer did mail us the
    certificate we required on May 31, 2023 
    and it arrived On Friday here at our store on June 2, 2023 in the
    afternoon.   It was added to the customer
    file and processed with our DMV clerk on June 6, 2023.  Our DMV clerk processed and completed the
    commercial registration on June 6, 2023 and it registered exactly how the
    customer requested.  The sales rep has
    been in constant contact with customer to get it handled properly.   We Completed the transaction as we explained
    and the customer should receive the plates from the California DMV.   The
    customer was issued temporary registration the day of delivery and affixed in
    the lower right hand corner of the windshield of the vehicle purchased om May
    18, 2023.   us why here... We consider the complaint closed.

     I am rejecting this response because:


    Never get told need a scale certificate card at the beginning, after two weeks not getting any messages or calls notify I need a scale tickets . Customer service was very disappointing and very bad.  Waste three weeks on this registration.Time is money . Will consider sue this business at the court.
