    I wish to return the Norman blinds I purchased on 4/26/22 from St. ****** Blinds (Invoice ****) for a full refund in the amount of $3,510. I will not accept any further replacements for this current configuration, as replacements have also proven to be unreliable: handles are popping off and will not go back on, and the dining room top down/bottom up replacement blind will not stay up. These blinds were installed on April 26, I began documenting my issues May 25th, and I continue to have problems. In the latest communication with ***** from St. ****** Blinds, I was told that that the company will stand behind their product. They are willing to offer me complete replacements throughout my house of the same product. However, I have yet to get replacements for other blinds on which the handles are also broken, and from what ***** tells me, the new configuration on the replacements they sent him are not working. ?I dont know how better to document my issues than the pictures and videos Ive already sent. From what I understand the company insisted ***** build a case. The handle configuration is only one aspect to it. The new handles he installed several months ******* continuing to pop off. The newest blind he installed (top-down/bottom-up, mentioned above) does not stick at the top.Some of thetop/down are not staying level when I pull them down. The blinds with broken handles now have color rubbing off from where I grab the bottom bar with my thumb.I do not want these blinds. I would go so far as to say that even the people at Norman would be frustrated and eager to replace them, were they installed in their homes. In all the years of owning a home, I have never had a single issue with my cheap vinyl horizontal blinds from *********** for which I don't think I spent more than $40 each. Would anyone at Norman feel that its unacceptable to pay $3500 and have a product perform so poorly? Please make this right and refund my purchase. Thank you,
