I rented a jumper on 7/2/25 fir the 4 of July, I placed a $100 deposit via my credit card and on the 4th when he waterslide jumper was delivered I paid and additional $49 via my credit card and $250 cash via the delivery driver. The jumper never worked and I called them and they told me they would send someone out to take a look and they never did. The jumper was supposed to be picked up Friday after I spoke with someone and sent them pictures and videos of the jumper showing how dirty it was and how it was not working. It would not stay inflated. She called back and left a vm stating I would receive a refund. that was 7/4.. I have called everyday since then to get my money back and I finally got someone who only offered me $140 of my money back. That is unacceptable. I seen $399 for something I could use. y daughter could swim on the holiday. Just terrible, I would like my full refund or I will pursuer civil action..Initial Complaint

The business allows for online reservations. I read all of the information regarding its rentals. The only information regarding delivery charges is about difficult to access areas and last minute changes. There is no indication that the rental of tables and chairs requires a delivery fee. When attending to book items that require a waiver fee, the fee is very clear and calculated into the total in the cart. I proceeded to choose the items for rental, it sent me to the shopping cart. I put in all of the information regarding location. It provided me with the subtotal and total, and requested payment. I submitted payment in full. I received my order confirmation and transaction receipt. Both indicates delivery to be $0.00. I was contacted a couple of days prior to my event and was now advised that because I did not book a bouncer that I would need to pay a $50.00 delivery fee. I was advised that they were aware that this was not indicated on the website, but that it would need to be paid. When asked why this was not advised to me until just a couple of days prior to my event, I was advised that it was because they were busy and it was probably their fault. I was told that my options were to pay the additional $50, or cancel my order.Initial Complaint

I called two weeks ahead to reserve a dance house jumper and and two days before they said they cold deliver it early for free so my wife stayed home all day during there time 7:00am to 5:00pm and they where a no show every time we called they said 30 min still a no show same issue on Friday and on they day we where supposed to receive the jumper we had the same lies and 1 hour before delivery they said they cant make the delivery. screwed up the party as it was one of the focal points of the party. i spoke to the manager yesterday 10/30/23 and she said she would refund me the deposit and we haven't received it yet.Initial Complaint

On 10/20/23 I received a jumper come to realize it was disgustingly dirty and smelled like mold I immediately called the company informed them of the situation, mind you the driver had just left. They told me they will see what they can do, a couple hours had passed, and I called again to get an answer. They stated they will exchange the jumper. They did not show up. Come the next Day ( day of the party) I called early morning to see what was going on they gave me an eta of 11am come 11am no show. We called the company again they said the driver is on his way.We waited still no show this went on. The party started at 3pm I called one last time and they stated the driver was too tired to make it to my stop. What an excuse! Too tired! Me and my family had tried cleaning it ourselves as the kids didnt have anything else to do but there was just no way it was moldy! I had to call a different jumper company and thank god they were able to deliver one within an hour and a half (Having to pay for another jumper)!I told this company to have a manager call me and to pick up their stuff and refund me my full amount!Still no call from any manager and I still have their stuff here on my lawn its now 6:30pm and no refundInitial Complaint

Please do not trust this company. The people on the phone so nice but they will lie to you over and over again about drop off times and pick up times. I tried to cancel this company because I read the reviews after I booked them. I panicked and then they reassured me that nothing would go wrong and I believe them. The jumper showed up a day early which was just fine but they brought me the wrong jumper. I finally decided to let that go because I am planning a giant party and had other things to worry about it they lied and tell me they might pick it up early in which I tell them thats OK just not too early. The next day during the party they were supposed to pick it up by 7 PM and they never showed up I called and they said they would be picking it up by eight and they never showed up. The next morning I called and they kept telling me that they would pick it up within the next couple hours and it never happened. Those phone calls happened three times And they just kept line. It is now ******************************************************************************************** they would pick it up tonight and shocker, I dont believe them I already made a police report, and I shouldve listened to the reviews. Do not put your trust in these people cancel, and just order the mini mouse jumper from another place even if its for your boy party. I ordered from this place because all of the jumpers they had other places were girl themed. I shouldve just got the girls themed ones because it wouldve been a better experience than these people. I also forgot to say that the jumper was absolutely disgusting inside, including ****** boogers. I had to fully disinfect the whole inside so I guests could safely plan it. This company dropped of a disgusting smelling jumper to my house. It smells like mold. Then they refuse to pick it up. It was supposed to be picked up on Tuesday night and they are now telling me it won't be picked up until Friday. October 30th,
I rented a jumper
I was told that Jumper Combo would arrive 3 hours late. I asked how this would be made fair. Since it was going to be late. I was told that it ( Jumper Combo)would be picked up later. Which would be at 10:30 pm. However, that pick up time. Would not work due to our schedule of work, and, school the following day. On Monday the 31st of October. Soon after the Jumper Combo was set up. And the delivery driver left. Is when I realized in what condition. The whole inside of the Jumper Combo. Had been left in, it was unbelievably dirty. That I could not allow the children to get in to play. Due to the poor condition which it was left for my children to use. I was not able to enjoy my company that I had invited. Because of having to deal with phone calls. To ****** customer service. Which by the way, both ***, and, ****** we're both truly kind, and, very helpful. So with making phone calls to Wow party rental. And having to explain everything here. To prove my case. It was difficult to enjoy my childrens party.
Then I received a call from the delivery driver around 6:30 pm. Stating if I could reimburse them cash. Because supposedly my payment was cancelled. I explained to the driver. That I never requested to stop or cancel my payment. Nor do i have the power to cancel the payment this soon. I explained that my case has to be investigated first. And both parties have to be heard before a final decision can be made. Then the driver proceeds to tell me that his boss told him. That if I don't pay them cash. In the amount of $199.00. That his boss (the owner) would deduct the money from the delivery driver. I was so confused to this conversation. I told him that I had already made my payment. And that I could not stop, or cancel my payment. Until I proved my case.
After this phone conversation. I was informed that they ( the delivery driver) was on their way to pick up the Jumper Combo. Which they did, arriving at 7:00 pm half hour earlieInitial Complaint

So I had made reservations for a party rental it included a bounce house tables and chairs I received confirmation email and everything the day of my event about 30 minutes past of time that they had promised to arrive by. When they hadn't showed up I decided to call them to see what was going on they couldn't find my reservation number they couldn't find any information on me and after about 30 minutes on the phone they figured it out and they go well we don't service your area too bad so sad. I went onto rid of reviews on ****** and **** and it was just really heartbreaking to read all the people that I'd give it out there hard earned money . And they have to fight them to get it back they take peoples money they take the reservation and then they never show up I had about 50 people at my house without a table or a chair for them to sit at or any entertainment for the children in which the party was for sure really sad this business should be put out of business and definitely I didn't read one positive review from this company it's a shame they have no remorse no sympathy or empathy they could've cared less that I was on the phone crying my eyes out.
