      Ordered online. Website listed 39 inch doorway required, was notified a 41 inch doorway required. Asked to change delivery to boxes only, since the box sizes would fit the doorway. They refused, citing a cancellation policy of Utah. I live in ******** and the policy cited did not apply. Would not give legal department contact or manager contact.

Upon further review of the account, it appears that the order was cancelled without fees. We suggest purchasing a smaller sectional to ensure a successful delivery. If the items are returned during delivery due to not fitting, all fees will apply.

      The order was cancelled prior to delivery. However, a cancellation fee of $168.00 was charged. Confirmation Code: H3VHG6. This amount was withheld from purchase price paid. As the web description expressly stated that a 39 inch doorway was required, but delivery confirmation reflected a 41 inch doorway required, the error was not the consumer's and no fee should have been charged for cancellation.

      Extremely Disappointed Poor ************************************* I purchased patio ******************** from Live In Space less than six months ago, and its already showing significant wear and defects black spots and clear signs of material deterioration. This isnt normal wear and tear; its clearly a manufacturer defect, and yet the company refuses to take accountability.Whats worse is the lack of genuine customer service. After bringing the issue to their attention, I was met with dismissiveness and zero effort to resolve the matter. They seem more interested in taking your money than standing behind their products.I will never purchase from this company again and strongly urge others to think twice. Quality and service matter and unfortunately, Live In *********** short on both.

      I bought a reclining sectional in Jan of 2025 from the Menifee Store, it was delivered and the recliner did not work. Called store to report the problem and was told to file a warranty claim, after 2.5months of ************ they scheduled a technician to come inspect the functionality of the unit. The technician confirmed that the power switch was faulty and so they ordered a new switch to be delivered in 4-6 weeks. At the 8 week ***** I call to check the status with not update, so the were going to look into it , after a couple days they decided to warranty the faulty section but wanted me to pay for delivery. After disputing this extra cost someone was suppose to reach out within 3 business days (which never happened). On the 7th business days I call in again and they rescheduled a new delivery at no cost to me. The day of my new delivery 5/17/2025 tge delivery truck with my item breaks down and they have to reschedule but now they cant provide me a later delivery widow of 3-6pm so that Im not missing another day of work because their systems isnt equipped like that. This is horrible customer service and they will never get my money again.

      The armless chair is not the unit that the technician came out to inspect and order the part for which was supposed to be replaced. Its the Armless recliner as of 7//24/25 my couch still does not have a functioning recliner which is what I originally paid for, and was supposed to to be warrantied due to it being found faulty.

      This company relies on deceptive business practices and omission of facts to get you to pay more. We should have looked at their plentiful (and mostly dissatisfied) reviews before we went in. Now we're getting the run-around with their customer service, filing a formal complaint, and disputing charges with our credit card company.Our Experience:We came into Living Spaces in ****** on Technology Drive ready to purchase a new couch. Unfortunately, our experience with salesperson ***** and ****** (manager), and everyone within their so-called "customer service ***** has left us beyond dissatisfied.We purchased a couch at 8:37 PM, only to discover early the next day, that a better configuration was available that would have saved us nearly $1,000--but the option was never shown to us. We immediately called (less than 24 hours later) to make the change and were told that the changes could not be made and that our purchase was final immediately following the transaction, as it happened after the 8:00 PM deadline. We were never told of this 8:00 PM deadline while we were making the purchase. We were surprised when ******, the manager, told us that there was nothing she could do to help remedy the situation despite acknowledging that her salesperson omitted the more affordable option. She offered to return the couch for a 25% restocking fee which would end up costing us nearly the same amount as the money we would have saved with the less expensive option. She was comfortable letting us walk away knowing that her salesperson's mistake cost us nearly $1,000.We asked to have the matter escalated and were basically told (in-writing) "...you're option is to cancel and lose $1,000...or keep the couch...". I'm paraphrasing, but that's basically their response.BOTTOM LINE: Living Spaces is NOT interested in taking care of their customers. Tread carefully when shopping here. Better yet, go support a smaller, local shop that values you and your business.

      We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Special order items may be modified or cancelled without fees until 8 p.m. on the day of purchase. If a purchase is made after 8 p.m., the customer forfeits the ability to make changes without incurring fees. In such instances, it is at the discretion of the selling store to determine whether to honor any requested modifications without fees. Upon further review of the account, we show that the customer contacted ********************************************* just before closing the day after the purchase to request a configuration change. They were informed of the associated fees and kept the original configuration. Unfortunately, the custom pieces are already in production, and any changes now will incur a 25% fee.

      Bait and ***. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a furniture company. They put a bigger sectional couch on display so you're thinking you're getting the bigger more comfortable couch. They don't want to give you a tape measure because if you compare the display couch with the actual measurements on paper you would realize how much they are s******* you. I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit against them. Only if they make it right I won't go forard with it. Worse than used car salesmen.

Upon review of the account, it appears that the power armless chair is the product displayed in our stores; however, the customer originally purchased the manual armless chair, which is slightly smaller than the powered version. An exchange for the power armless chair has since been processed and set to deliver on 7/17/2025.

      if I could rate 0 stars, I would. The order went as smoothly as any furniture order.Then, delivery day came. It gets there, and its the wrong material. right couch, right configuration, opposite material. it was fabric. So I refused delivery. I called the customer service number to let them know the situation, and THEY COULDN'T HELP OVER THE PHONE.I had to drop everything and go to the store to get help. But then they couldnt process the exchange until the wrong couch got received at the warehouse. They said they would call me the following day to order and schedule delivery.The following day comes and they call in the morning, order and confirm the furniture, and schedule for 2 pieces to be delivered that evening, and the 3rd to be delivered from a different warehouse in a few days. That was fine with me. I was told nothing else needed to be done on my end.SEVERAL hours later, they called and asked why I hadnt submitted the payment for the couch. I told them that I had financed it through synchrony, so no payment should be due. I was then informed that I needed to use my synchrony card to pay the new balance. Problem is, I dont have a card because it was a newly created ********** they told me they needed to re-process the synchrony application. I was told I needed to come in to give them my ID. But at this point Im on vacation out of state. So they canceled this order ****** I go online to order it and apply for financing online. But the delivery date magically changed, with the earliest being listed as 4 weeks from that date.I called to find out how I couldn't get a closer date, as I was told it was in stock in the warehouse.Magically, it is now out of stock.Every person I spoke to on the phone was dismissive, rude, and unwilling to transfer to someone else when I requested. They are unable to help with the most simple things on the phone, always telling you to go to the store.

      Yes, I understand the limitations for online ordering. This was why I initially ordered in the store, but each experience dealing with a customer service *** resulted in either more mistakes or an inability to solve my problem. At this point I dont want to have to make any more calls as this experience has been a nightmare. Im just hoping it isnt incorrect when it finally gets delivered.If you want to do SOMETHING to improve future experiences, additional training for customer service ***s will be needed, as well as improved processes for incorrect deliveries.

      I am filing this complaint due to a deeply frustrating experience with Living Spaces delivery and customer service.I purchased a couch valued at approximately $3,000 and scheduled a home delivery. My partner and I were home, waiting during the scheduled delivery window. However, the delivery team mistakenly went to our neighbors house instead of ours. I can confirm this because the driver took a photo of our neighbors house and submitted it as proof of attempted delivery.Whats most upsetting is that we were never called or texted to confirm arrival a simple step that could have easily resolved the confusion in real time. We were ready to receive the delivery at the correct address and did everything we could on our end to ensure a smooth process.Despite the delivery failure being entirely due to their error, Living Spaces refused to waive the redelivery fee. They insisted we pay an additional fee in order to receive our furniture effectively holding our couch hostage until we paid for their mistake.

      I ordered the **** Pecan Queen **** 4-Piece Bedroom Set from Living Spaces website. The listing on the website described the set to "Include a queen size bed, two nightstands, and a dresser." The photos on the website showed the bed, two nightstands, and a dresser with a mirror over it. I assumed based on the photos and listing description that the mirror was part of the dresser. When my set was delivered they brought me the bed, dresser, mirror, and one nightstand. I called customer service that same day to ask why only one nightstand was delivered, and I was told that the four pieces in the set were the bed, dresser, mirror, and one nightstand. I told them that it was advertised differently on their website, and even sent them a screenshot of the website listing. I asked them to send me the second nightstand that their website promised. They told me they couldn't do that, but they could offer me $100 off a second nightstand with free delivery if I wanted to purchase another. I didn't find that to be a satisfactory resolution - this felt like false advertising at best, and a scam to get me to spend more money with them at worst. I followed my call up with an email to both the manager I talked to on the phone and the general Living Spaces customer service email. I told them that I didn't find the offered solution acceptable, and would like to have the nightstand they promised me sent. I received no reply, so I send a second email. I again received no reply, so I called their customer service line again, who once again told me all they could offer was the discounted nightstand with free delivery. This was a horrible experience, and the fact that they won't honor the listing on their website leaves me feeling incredibly frustrated with the company. I would never order from them again - they feel no need to actually send you the products they list on their website, and will not help you if you have a problem.

      Please do yourself the favor of going nowhere near Living Spaces. **************** says they "put in tickets" for someone to email you back, but it's all deceitful. When you call back, there's no record of your previous call. The online chat is a complete joke. It is truly the worst customer service I've ever received in 30 years.

      NEVER purchase a product from this company! They took 2.5 months to deliver a table that they said they would deliver much sooner. When it arrived, it was only part of the table. When I tried to get the missing piece, they promised me multiple call backs which they never called. Finally I was promised a leg to be *** shipped to me and tracking number to be provided in 24 hours. After being given the run around, and not being provided any shipping number by Living Spaces, Incalled to inquire yet again and they refused to escalate my call above **** the supervisor at the call center. They refused to give me a name or any alternative number to contact. They were VERY unprofessional. **** stated the item is out of stock and couldnt do anything about it. He offered a refund, but stated he couldnt refund until the partial item that they took 2.5 months to deliver in the first place was picked up by them, and he was unable to give me a date of pick up, not that they would adhere to the promised date since they didnt before. Order from the actual supplier, which is TOV. DO NOT buy anything from these people! This is by far the worst online shopping experience *** ever experienced.
