We had our garage door spring replaced on 6/19/2024. We were quoted a price and agreed. The workers did a good job. Total bill was 464$. Check # ***** paid in full for the job. Sales order #********. On May 4th, 2023 I paid 600 dollars cash to have my RV repaired. **** came over and replaced a brake caliper. I later tested the Rv and found the brakes were low and not safe after the repair. **** came over and broke a brake line. He said he would came back. He never came back to finish the repair. I called and texted him several times. I have received no response. I met them through ********** They post phone numbers of ************ and **** ************ they are scammer and target elders which I am. We are **************************** for the **************** *********************** The Association terminated its trash removal contract with ******** Services and has requested numerous times, as well as the Association's attorney has requested numerous times, that ******** Services remove their 2 dumpsters from the property. No representative from ******** Services (the account manager, customer service or director) with whom we continue to contact will respond, nor have they removed their dumpsters. 10/26/2022: ***************************, owner of Royal House Cleaning, refuses to provide me with an invoice for her cleaning services that we discussed over the phone. Cleaning job was poorly done. **************** wants payment done either by cash or *****. Per reviews found on the internet, Zelle is not a trustworthy app and can potentially drain my bank account without me noticing it. I offered **************** payment by check but she refused and wants cash. **************** refuses to provide me with an invoice that shows her business license; she refuses to provide me with the contract. **************** has not tried to resolve the problem. I told her we can go to small claims to discuss the issue and she threatened me by *******, "We'll see about that!" **************** shows a phone number as ************ on her advertisement in ******** Everything ********* https://www.facebook.com/groups/everythingescondido I am afraid that **************** may be scamming customers, particularly those who have limited ability to create reports such as this one. I hired a moving company by the name of ********************* at the end of February-During the move, they damaged a bullnose on my staircase. This was the 1st of many issues. They said they would take care of it - it has been 8 months and I finally agreed to settle with them for $3K (what they said they thought was fair)- I have only received $1650 - and the owner blocked my number since. I contacted his partner and he very rudely said they were not paying me the remainder of the amount they had agreed to pay (in writing via text)We also told them we would be storing our stuff for a few months - due to their lack of professionalism, more than half of our furniture has been damaged. Our couch wasn't wrapped properly and ripped, kids toys destroyed, 3 of our mattresses have been ruined, 1 of which I also asked them to fix and it still hasn't been fixed. I have tried numerous times to work with them, be understanding and just try to come to a fair resolution but they have been nothing but unprofessional and rude. They had also agreed to place a hold for the amount of blankets they sold us, and as of today he says because " i was a headache for 8 months over a not big deal crack in my staris" - mind you 1- its my house that they damaged and 2 - the floors are discontinued ; they are taking back their agreement and NOT refunding me for the blankets I wanted to return either! This is over $1,000!!!This is only a glimpse of the horrific experience I have had with this moving company!!!!! It has been 8 months!! At this point I was a refund for my whole move - as you can see he has admitted fault - but everytime he offers a resolution he goes back on his ********** has blocked me from contacting him.
