This is the worst company ever. After you buy one letter they keep charging your credit card every year despite telling them over and over to cancel it. They don't seem to have any contact email or phone number on their website anymore as well. Never do business with this company!Review from Tricia L

I paid $179 for the letter and after realizing the $9.99 they were charging me I called and asked to cancel my subscription.They didnt. A year later they again charged me $179 and the $9.99 keep being charged.I sent emails and also spoke 3x with the same gentleman that said my $179 was going to be credit back, and the $9.99 would b canceled. Its been over 2 years.Their website does not give access to an account, so I cannot remove my info from there.Review from Stephanie L

Terrible customer service. Took 3 weeks for delivery. Then it didnt work. Then multiple emails and jumping through hoops to troubleshoot it they then wanted me to go through all of it again on video! Wouldnt just let me send it back for a refund. So frustrating!Review from Rachel A

The worst customer service experience I've ever had!! When I cancelled my subscription I emailed and called this company multiple times with no response. I've had to speak to multiple reps at this point, file a claim with my bank and they're still trying to charge my card for the renwal and monthly fee. You should only have to tell a company once that you're canceling a membership! The last info I got from therapy pet was that my refund is being processed by their "claims" department, but they can't provide any info beyond that. It does not take 3 months for a claims department to provide a refund. I'm convinced this company is nothing more than a fraudulent, money making scheme.Review from Patty T

I wouldnt give these people any stars but forced to give one. Ive been trying to work with them since April 2023 and still do not have what I ordered and paid for. I have Never experienced worse customer service than what these people give. *** asked for a refund since it was apparent they could not/would not deliver but NO luck there either. Ive written to them, called them, nothing phases them. I hear the same lies over and over. I truly believe now these people are SCAMMERS. Id NEVER recommend them to anyone. BEWARE OF THERAPY PET!! Therapy Pet won't stop charging my card for $179.99 monthly over the last three months. The last charge was on 7/14/23. Their emails tell me they have canceled my account and deleted my financial data which is a lie. The only way to stop them was to contact *********** to file a dispute and issue a new card. My dog died and I am still grieving and dealing with these scammers has caused me much pain and suffering. Please can someone find a way to stop this company and their scam? Why does BBB inform us that they are a good company? Shame on you BBBReview from Keith T

Therapy Pet tried to charge me ****** twice now, last month and this month. I cancelled my MC and got a new number after last month but they got the number anyhow. Do not give these crooks anything. You can get a letter from your doctor that is just as good!!! I expect that I will have to call the bank each and every month now that they have acquired my acct. number again. The bank is no help! They just want you to fill out the dispute online. I promised to call them each time they did it. That way the call center which is here will always be busy... Scam... still charging me. I now have to do a fraud report with my bank and close my account. Terrible customer service when you call them. I have emails saying they won't charge me and they still do.
