    Complete Garbage!! Once you register it you can not change user name, and the company charges $250 for a factory reset. No chance of ever being able to sell it. Very glitchy and super slow to navigate thru menu options. Hands down the worst electronic purchase I've ever made. Great idea if it worked half the time. You will spend more time trying to get it to work than using it. Probably why you se every few used ones for sale on eBay...sellers do not want negative feedback.BEWARE!!

    Sold us what we were led to believe was version 4, received version 3+ over six months later. After calling and emailing we finally got an email response A YEAR LATER. The product is glitchy at best when it does work, which is about 50% of the time. The 3+ we received has never been opened but Soloshot are refusing to issue a refund as it was purchased over a year ago. I dont know how these crooks are still in business.

    Poor customer service. I bought the ********************** 3+ 8.5 months ago & it was delivered on August 28th, 2023. I paid over $1,500 cash for the soloshot 3+ & I have only got to use it 1 time in 8.5 months. The tracker tag broke mid September 2023 & I'm still waiting for a new tracker tag that works!! Today is May 7th, 2024. The tracker tag broke the 2nd time I used the SS3+. I emailed, text messaged, & called ***** hundreds of times, literally. He is very hard to get a hold of & it takes weeks for a response. I put out a lot of my hard earned money & have nothing to show for it! I have been waiting since mid September 2023 for a tracking tag so the SS3+ can work....still have not received anything!!!

    My camera won't record to the memory card. I contacted Soloshot and no one from technical support could help me. They told me to ship it to them but since I live in ********* I was able to drop it off. I did so in August. They tried to figure out what was going on with it then went radio scielent on me. I haven't heard anything from them since 8/18/23. I have emailed and sent multiple attempts ways both responding to their last email as well as the contact technical support on their website. They don't have a phone number to call. Super sketchy company and I am regretting getting this camera.

    Super Crappy Support and next to *********************** Camera stopped charging but I can't get anyone over there to respond. I have sent 3 different email requests and all I get is "someone will be getting back to you". Now two weeks!!

    I am having the same problem as the other reviewers. I sent in my Soloshot 3 on March 3, 2023 for upgrade to the 3+. After a lot of emails, I finally received the camera back on or about August 3, 2023, five months later. I was able to record one video even though the camera says it cannot read the ** card, but I cannot get another recording because now the tag will not charge and its little icon tells me to put in an ** card but one is already in place. So if the camera cannot read the ** card, apparently the tag will not charge. After going over this with one of their customer support people who offered some useless advice, I was asked to send back the camera for them to "take a closer look".They have multiple addresses in the ********* area. The one in Spring Valley and on ************. in ********* are just mail drops and the one listed here at ******************************************** is now a different company. So they are in the ********* area somewhere because my camera was shipped after the supposed repair from the Executive Dr address. They are hiding, maybe they are afraid of getting served.I have put about $1600 into this camera including the upgrade but do not even have the camera at this point.

    I placed an order in January of 2023 for the new product and like everyone else here I was very frustrated at the long delays, months, until shipment of product or even some form of communication from the company. I had read elsewhere that eventually the product ships but you just have to be patient. I received one reply in January and then no more all these months until just now when I was informed that the product has shipped. While we all would prefer timely communication, their resources must be strapped, but I am thankful they continue to push forward despite the poor reviews. My Soloshot 3 still works after many years of service and the battery life is still an hour and 30 minutes straight recording. I look forward to receiving the 3+ after all these months as the calibration process is supposed to be much easier.

    SOLOSHOT is a scam! I placed an order in February 2023 for the SoloShot 3. Paid in full, and also sent them my two SoloShots from previous generations. They stopped replying to my emails right after I paid, six months ago. I sent them countless emails, but there has been dead silence. They do not have any contact numbers. No money refund, no item, nothing.

    Placed an order early March 2023.... Its not early June and no ETA or responses to questions looking for a delivery date. Customer Support is non existent and all inquiries are so far, ignored.

    The SoloShot product is sub par. Out of the box, it didn't work properly. I spent hours trying to get it to work. When it finally did work, it was a huge pain the rear to set up. The SoloShot customer service is even worse. The only way I could get any response was through 'chat'. And that was spotty. I sent in my SoloShot for repair (because I couldn't get it to boot up). The cost of repair was $350. After about a month with no response from SoloShot, I disputed the charge to get my $350 back. They kept the unit I sent in for repair even though I requested it to be returned.
