    Dear BBB,

    Our office is in receipt of concerns raised by ID#********.  We were surprised to learn of these concerns which were initially posted to our Yelp account and other review sites last week.  We have reached out to this individual to better understand the concerns.  This individual has referenced concerns from a 2018 procedure but as recently as last year had additional and unrelated procedures and never expressed concerns about past care.  From the information and post operative photographs that we have on file, we do not see any evidence for the concerns raised by this individual.  This individual has agreed to come to our office on 1/12/23 to help us better understand their concerns.
