  I had been looking for forever for an alternative v-neck white tee for my husband instead of ***** ******** and it was basically impossible. Finally Fresh Clean Threads was advertised to me and I liked what it said about the company so I gave it a try. Now its just about all my husband wears in a variety of colors. I decided to try out some of the other styles because he is so picky about clothes and he didnt like the button shirt styles so I wanted to return them. It was SO easy. And they gave me extra money if I wanted to exchange for immediate credit instead of a refund (but refund was also an option) so I chose that and was able to order more white shirts, which he always needs more of. And then to top it off they said to reduce the carbon footprint I could just donate the clothes that didnt work. The return could not have been easier. Ive had nothing but positive experiences. I was nervous about the return prices because of the complaints on here, but it was so easy so I wonder if these are old complaints. So just wanted to post a positive review because I think the shirts and company have been great from my experience.

  Fresh Clean Threads sells a VERY expensive plain tee-shirt. That being said they advertise such a great fit. So, I ordered 2 packs (~ $24 per shirt). One 5-pack of Large tees and a second 5-pack (size XLT) for my 2 sons for Christmas. My sons are tall and lean - always have been. Thus the splurge for expensive tee shirts whose claim to fame was the perfect fit.My sons got the shirts and instantly fell in love with them, the feel, the size, the fit.Fast forward to washing these EXPENSIVE tee shirts. We wash everything (except towels) in cold water and dry everything on wrinkle-free (low setting).These shirts shrank little by little.After the 6-7th wash they were so small (shrunk so badly) they are unwearable.I contacted Fresh Clean Threads to express my disappointment that these EXPENSIVE shirts has shrank - substantially in just several washings, even at the lowest possible settings.The customer service rep informed me that this was a known problem and that we should have hung them out to dry to minimize this shrinkage. We live in **************** (its winter!) so, clearly not an option.I requested that they replace just 1 of the 2 packs. The size Large tee shirts have shrunk to the point that they are unwearable.Thus my older son gave his XLTs to my younger son. (So younger son is covered).My request was that Fresh Clean Threads only send a single pack of tee shirts in a size 2XLT for my eldest son.(The company has a 100day return policy) its been < 60 days since my sons received these tee shirts for Christmas.I also recommended that they state this on their website - as FCT is aware that substantial shrinkage is a problem with their proprietary blend.Their response? They offered me a 20% off provide for future purchases. REALLY?? Why would I ever spend my hard earned $$ on a brand marketed for their fit, knowing that the fit wont last for more than 6 washings?Shame on you Fresh Clean Threads.Never again.

  Bought 2 5 Packs of tees and polo shirts. ***** fit but a little long and the biggest problem is they pill up after only a few washings - definitely not a quality or durable fabric. I guess I will just wear them a few times and throw them away. I don't want to look like a homeless person. ****** learned never buy from a ******** ad!

  Ordered a set of shirts at the end of Sept. ******** communications seemed to be customer service oriented and they corrected an order mistake quickly while communicating through email. After the order was shipped ( expected delivery was OCT 3) I have yet to receive as of OCT 21. I have submitted 2 additional help tickets though their website as well as sent an additional 2 emails requesting status updates and then a refund. I have yet to receive any form of communication from their customer service. Overpriced shirts+ zero communication= Theft. Buyer Beware

  I ordered 3 shirts from the website, and after placing my order, noticed that I had included the wrong shipping address. Within 5 minutes of ordering, I realized the error, and attempted to contact the company with an updated address. There was no telephone number available, and no online chat. The only way to reach them was through email, and when I submitted it, they indicated that I would receive an answer within 3-4 days, which I knew was unacceptable for making an address change. I just received the following response:"I wish we could've gotten to your order sooner. I am afraid that we're unable to change the shipping address since your package has already been packed and picked in our warehouse, meaning, we would be unable to change the shipping address. If you cannot retrieve the order from the location it's currently being sent to, please let me know and we can get a new order sent your way with just a $7.99 reshipping fee. Just let me know how you want to proceed! Let me know if you have any further questions. Have a great day!"How dare they want to charge me $7.99! This is totally unacceptable - I attempted to contact them immediately, but all of the ways to contact except email were unavailable. I highly recommend that everyone avoids doing business with this company. They are the absolute worst!
