    My agent ***** was very friendly, very patient, repeated if I did not understand or did not hear, delved into all the details of my questions and answered completely. The agent explained everything to me, read me all the necessary rules and explained them. We talked for about two hours (I have poor hearing), and all this time Agent ***** supported me and led the conversation without being distracted, not letting me get tired. Thank you very much, Agent *****. I am happy to have met such professionalism!

    Did a great job of giving me all the options to help me decide on what I should do for ********. ***** was great in completing all required paperwork for me so I only had to review and sign. Everything went through on first submission. Definitely recommend.

    Excellent experience as I was not sure what to expect. The representative I spoke with, ******* *****, was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and followed up with an email. He was very reassuring as well that I could call any time with any questions and he would help.

    The best, good old fashioned help. ******* and others in this organization have made me feel like our society still knows how to be human with human beings. They interact with you as real down to earth people. I don't feel the mechanical detached intimidation most agency interactions make you feel these days. I wished everything was back like this, human, informative and warm. I feel I made the right choice.
