    On June 10th received an advertisement that read "The new hearing aids are here!!" So, later that day (June 10th) I ordered my hearing aids -- got an estmated delivery date of June 14th. Received many emails during the week as to how I liked my new AIDS and what to expect with these Aids. On June 17th I inquired as to why I had not received my Hearing Aids -- Was told this was actually a Pre-Order and my Aids would be coming About July 10th???????????I wonder if the 30 day return began on June 10th and expires on July 10th ---- I would then have no chance to return the Aids as I did not receive them for 30 days!!Oh well live and learn.

    So far I'm getting use to them. I've read the directions and everything is fine. It is a little premature to ask me what I think. Thank you for being concerned but please back off. I will call if I have a problem.

    one did not sit correctly in the charger so it does not charge and therefore cannot be used. Its very difficult to adjust as the button is small and it says to turn for volume but it doesn't turn it only clicks.

    Fantastic product and very easy to use. Right from the start the Nano Hearing Aids made a huge difference and I was able to wear them comfortably.

    I've had two sets I'm two years one of them keeps not charging. They replaced one now I have s second set only about a year. Bad product and customer service. They say nothing they can do about it because over year Even though once a year no-good.

    Bought the Hearing aids with an extended warranty. They said the extended warranty doesn't cover and extra time for the warranty. Which I wasn't informed about when I bought it.

    This company is a rip-off. I bought a pair of nano hearing aids on November 7th 2023. I was told by ***** the seller they were not amplified hearing aids 4 or five times during the sell. I took his word and when i got them they were amplified hearing aids and i didn't want them. I returned the hearing aids on November 17 2023 and they received them on November 23 2023. I have called they have sent me e-mails through the process and i have called 2 times the last time on December 1 2023. The woman told me she moved my processing up and i would get my money Monday December 4 2023. I still haven't got it. Don't buy these hearing aids they are amplified hearing aids and i don't know if i ever see my refund
