    Date of Complaint: February 21, 2025 Issue Description:I signed up for InfluencerSoft's advertised 14-day free trial. On February 21, 2025, the company attempted to charge my credit card $497 without authorization or notification. This charge was so suspicious that my bank's fraud detection system blocked it and froze my card for security.When I contacted InfluencerSoft support (Support Ticket #*****) on February 21, 2025, their representative "***" claimed I had clicked on an upsell offer. However:No record of this charge or upsell appears in my account No confirmation email was ever sent No invoice or receipt was provided I cannot access or remove my stored credit card information in my account While support provided some internal screenshots, I still have no access to any record of this transaction in my account or emails. This represents a serious lack of transparency in billing practices and potential mishandling of customer payment information.Attempted **************************** support on February 21, 2025 Received inadequate response claiming charge was legitimate without providing accessible documentation Requested immediate account cancellation and deletion of payment information No satisfactory resolution received as of complaint filing Desired Resolution:1. Copies of all records related to my account and the attempted charge for my files before account termination 2. Written confirmation that my credit card information has been deleted from their systems 3. Assurance that no further charges will be attempted 4. Immediate account termination with written confirmation This complaint concerns potentially deceptive billing practices and inadequate security/transparency around customer payment information.
