I contacted the *** advocate center due to not being able to get answers about my refund from the ***. I was appointed an advocate in June 2023 and have only spoken to her twice and she didn't tell me anything about my refund. I spoke to an *** agent last week who told me that the *** has and has had my refund it just hasn't been set out to be released to me for some reason. So my advocate is either not being honest with me or she's not doing what she should be doing for me. Her name is ***************

On March 26, 2023 I filed an amended tax return. By the end of May, I was FINALLY assigned a tax advocate, ************. *** spent almost EVERY DAY for 2 weeks leaving this woman messages, crying, EXPLAINING HOW MY CHILDREN AND I ARE ABOUT TO BE EVICTED WITHOUT HER HELP! And still no response. I called her boss, AND STILL NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER OF THEM! My kids and I will be on the streets in a matter of days. Tax advocates are supposed to HELP. Clearly ************ and her boss Ms. ****** are doing NOTHING but collecting a paycheck instead of HELPING.
