I purchased an office chair through ******** I purchased an extended three year warranty in case something happened to the chair. I had a problem with the chair, and reached out to them via the ******* site, and was told I would get a response within 24 hours. Five days later I still had not received a response, so i went to the website directly and sent another email which said i would hear back within 48 hours. I still did not receive a response. I reached out via messenger gave them my order info to show my warranty is still in effect and still can not get a response. I feel they are trying to wait until the warranty expires so they do not have to resolve my issue and I have been trying over a period of a month with no response or resolution.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I contacted them on the ******* website and did not get a response. i contacted the email listed above and got no response. i reached out to the website directly because they never replied after sending two emails to that address. i then reached out on their social media on ******** and their ******** messenger where i was told they would have someone contact me and i did not get a response through any channel they provided after multiple attempts.

I ordered a game chair from the organization, and they shipped it by FedEx. FedEx to a picture of the package outside of some random door. I spoke with the company and FedEx. FedEx first made me wait 48 hours to inform me that the driver dropped off the package outside because he could not enter the building. I informed FedEx that the door to the building is always open. I then contacted the vender **************** who also said that FedEx delivered the package. I sent pictures to the Vendor and FedEx to show them that the driver could have entered the building and left the package at the door. I also informed them that there are three doors to the building that look exactly alike. I made mistakes when emailing the vendor, and I apologize for my typing being so sloppy. The vendor then replied to me as if they were speaking Ebonics to me in away saying that I am stupid or I need to learn how to spell or send a decent email. This was very upsetting, and I let the vendor know that I can read between the lines, and that they were not funny. I did not feel initially that the blame landed on the vendor until the vendor one did no real investigation 2 disregarded the information and the pictures that I sent them and then sent an email talking down to me. Now I will say that my emails to them were not the best, but it is up to the vendor and FedEx to investigate and ensure that my complaint has no validity, instead I was made to wait and then dismissed like a dirty sock in a vacant lot with a whole in it. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company but the days of me accepting incompetence and allowing an organization to 1) makes me wait 2 provide poor service and act like my concerns are no valid are over today. I am glad they have a organization like the BBB to at least give a customer a chance of being seen and treated like someone who earned their place in life. Three weeks ago I ordered a "catio" from Elec Wish. The order was processed quickly and I received two boxes on schedule. However, the delivery should have been two boxes that were different sizes from one another, with different contents, as detailed in the instruction manual. Instead, I received two boxes that had identical contents. As such, I had double what I needed of half the components and none of the remaining half of the components. I wrote to Elec Wish and they promptly and kindly replied with clarifying questions and admitted that their warehouse had made a mistake. An email from [email protected] read: "Thanks for your pictures, and we send them to our product manager who said that the factory had made a mistake when placing the accessories. We apologize for this accident. Don't worry, we will reissue a new box for you which is US-***********X so that you could assemble it ASAP. Please wait and it will arrive ASAP." Unfortunately, the box I received five days later had contents identical to the other two. So, I now have three times what I need of half the components and none of the remaining half of the components. As such, I have no means of constructing the catio that I ordered 3 weeks ago and would have liked to have built by now. After the third box arrived I contacted Elec Wish again (several times over the course of 7 days) but my emails went completely unanswered. At this point I would either like a complete refund or I would like to have Elec Wish mail the missing components so that I can finally construct the catio from a complete kit.Business Response

I ordered a pre-fabricated cat shelter from Elecwish based out in California. I paid $373.99 for it on December 21, 2022. The order number is ****. I attempted to contact the shipper about the product before it arrived with no response. The package arrived on 12/30. When I unboxed my package, multiple pieces were damaged or rendered completely unusable. I emailed the company (photos are below) for a refund of the full amount on January 3. I have not heard from the company at all. I tried to call and leave them a voicemail which was also left unturned. I am asking that BBB help with getting a refund back from this company for the full $373.99. The pieces of were barely unboxed when we discovered it was already damaged.Business Response

We are sorry for damaged product, but in fact, we always keep in touch with this customer, but the customer did not reply until now. So we changed the mailbox and emailed, the customer replied and told us the issue. Then, we realized that there must be something wrong that customer did not receive any of our email reply. I purchased a video game chair I purchased this chair on November 5th 2021 and this chair says that it has 3-year warranty on it from any defects. The chair broke right away. I tried contacting the business many times on Amazon with no response. I tried going through Amazon with no resolution. I tried getting in contact with the business and they would not take any of my messages they wouldn't even respond to my messages. All I wanted was for them to honor the warranty I spent a lot of money on this chair and they responded with no answer.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: they are the seller on Amazon. Amazon sold me the chair but it was their company selling on Amazon. I emailed them explaining the situation and let them know that it's their company selling on Amazon. She told me it was ridiculous and that I should contact Amazon which I did and Amazon told me they are the seller and pointed me their website. After I sent them proof of purchase from their company she told me that they do 3 year warranty but if you purchase directly on their website but on Amazon the listing said they offered 3 year warranty through their company.Business Response

We told customer that we are not Amazon seller, we are the same as other platform. We are an official website, and we are not a manufacturer, and we do not sell on Amazon or sell to Amazon store. The warranty for the Amazon store are different from us.The customer is not the customer of our website, we do not have your purchase information, you send us Amazon The order information is also useless. Our system does not have this customer's purchase record, and we cannot reissue or refund without permission.
