    I bought 4 items from Boss babes boutique totaling $52 which was placed on November 11th 2023. They marked it shipped on November 15th. Ive been checking the tracking number, it hasnt moved at all. 2 weeks go by I reached out to them because it showed only the label was created but no movement. We agreed I can change my order last week because the owner texted me saying one of my items was sold out. So I told her I wanted a ************ her a screenshot. She started replying slow then it turned into no response for the whole day. I reached out to the customer service again seeing when itll be shipped she confirmed the dress & said her boss let her know. Never told me when. The owner texted me last Friday December 1st saying it comes in Monday. Its Friday December 8th I still dont have my item. I reached out again to customer service to see when itll come because I dont have a tracking number I got no response then I messaged them again saying I dont want the item anymore & I want a refund. They responded saying should be on its way we emailed you the only email I got was when they updated my order to the dress no shipment or tracking number. They never shipped my ********** going on a month. Seems as to theyre holding onto my money while posting new arrivals on their stories. Also another customer left a review on one of the items I originally had on my order saying they never received the item either & no one is responding or doing anything about it. Seems fishy. Like if youre not going to ship my item thats been placed over a month that I paid for give me my money. Its to the point i dont even want it anymore.
