    I bought a huffy quad I paid 256 dolls on 12/15/2023 at curaao the motorcycle stopped working in January I took the motor cycle back to curaao because I also paid warranty for it but they claim it was under huffy warranty so for me to deal with huffy .. I called huffy in about march and they said the battery wasnt good so they sent me one it took about a month and a half for me to get and it was not that I called huffy again and they claim it was the motor and they sent me the wrong motor it also took a long time I called again and they said they dont have it in stock that why they sent me the wrong one.. so they put another order for the correct one but it will take 8 weeks I called after 8 weeks and they didnt sent it .. so I called again 09/18/2024 and I was told they would expedite and I would get it in 2 to 3 days I called today and they said they dont have it I ask for supervisor but they never available u have to wait for a phone call which they never place so I need help getting a replacement or money back pleaseeeeeeeee

    I have a previous complaint against Huffy that remains unresolved. I dont understand how a company like this stays in business. I tried unsuccessfully for 10 days to place an order for my e-bike versic. For a week the phone number provided was answered with a recording that huffy was on Christmas vacation and would return after the first of the year. This was January 12th. Around the 15th i finally got to talk to someone. They told me to call back in a month and they might have the part. Kept trying. Finally got to talk with someone helpful and concerned. I had to call back to pay for the charger. When I called back I was told I had to talk to tech support and they were gone and the hung up on me. The next day.called to talk to tech support and I was told they were in a meeting and couldnt be disturbed that I would have to call back. Called back.they were gone for the day. At my **** end and needing this charger very badly I filed my first complaint with BBB. ********* called me and tried to help. He said he ordered the correct charger for me and I paid 49 dollars and change for it. However when I received the charger it was incorrect and the response from the company to the BBB was tha They sent the charger with at no cost to me. Called ********* back several times with no response. Finally reached him and said **. Not trying to be aggressive or rude, to which he immediately replied well filing a complaint with the BBB is pretty aggressive. He also mentioned very vehemently and aggressively himself, saying that charging me was the right thing to do. At this point Im like whatever just please send me the correct charger. I even sent pictures of the charging port. I asked if I could pay for overnight shipping because Im paying hundreds of dollars to Uber for work. No they couldnt do it. A week later I got the second one. Its second wrong one. and he hasnt answered his phone all day or returned my messages. I dont know what to do. This was all my money .

    I bought my 6 yr old a quad in June/2023. In July it broke. Its now December and I have no resolution. I have called and emailed repeatedly. I received 2 different parts. My quad still doesnt work. Ive never in my life seen worse customer service. No one cares at this company. They make you run around in circles trying to find a resolution. They request that you resubmit information in an attempt to exhaust you and you eventually give up. Absolutely disgusting and shady practices. Every time my daughter sheds a tear I feel sick to my stomach over the terrible company I chose to give my money to. Never again. Shame on all of you.

    Tried to place an online order to purchase two bicycles. At checkout I supplied my credit card number and all of the necessary information. The sale was denied for some reason, so now this website has all of my info, and I have no way of removing anything. On top of that, my account now reflects that there are two sales pending (a total of four bicycles). I've tried contacting them, I've tried emails. I even tried calling the phone number listed and I'm being told that the call cannot be completed as dialed and no one is returning acknowledgement of anything.
    This website I believe is a scam, waiting for unsuspecting people to supply them with their credit card info. Something needs to be done about sites like this. Warning: people stay clear of this website

    I ordered an electric bike and got this:
    - The front forks are bented, the bike is unusable
    - Missing parts:
    ?Wire to the battery
    ?Pedals
    ?Documents, 
    ?Tools, screws.
    - Color is not same like on the picture.
    I haven't received a response from Costumer Service for 2 weeks. The bike was supposed to get to work, now I lost my job

    This website https://huffybicycles.cc/contact_us.html?zenid=tqr6q4kceq9mu6vu5ggp0474l3 has ruined my life. It was supposed to be an official website that passed my cyber security and scammed me for $68.00 for purchasing a suppose to be bike on sale. I am not a happy consumer nor satisfied . I wish to be reimbursed for this fraudulent activity known as a scam. I didn't recognize it because of its safe appearance but ironically it is a SCAM!!! please take this website off before kids get a hold of it. We have enough teenage crimes as it is and I do not want to see anyone else go through the hassle I went through because it is very head aching. Most of all I would like my money back. I already spoke with Paypal but they said I would have to wait almost a month to get it back or sooner. This is really hurting your business Paypal, don't you care? I would. People like this should be reprimanded for cybercrime. Please help me with these criminals.
