    As I had multiple companies contact me regarding helping me out of foreclosure. And of course I was skeptical when this company first contacted me, which is understandable. But after careful consideration, I decided to give it a try. I felt desperate and could see no way out of the situation, this company guaranteed they could help me. And they did just that! We know all banks should/have good intentions in helping their homeowners but in the real world....for some reason they just don't.
