    Customer first contacted ********************** customer service from the ****** team on July 7, 2025, regarding concerns about the headlight beam pattern specifically noting that the high beams appeared to be positioned lower than the low beams.

    In response, we explained that these headlights do not have separate adjustment screws for the high beams; the adjustment mechanism affects the overall beam pattern rather than each beam individually.

    At this time, the customer has not provided any photos or detailed documentation showing the specific issue with the beam pattern. It is also important to note that factors such as vehicle suspension height, modifications, or the way the headlights are mounted can affect the perceived beam output and alignment.

    Since the purchase was originally made through ******, we recommend that the customer contact the seller directly through the Amazon platform if he remains unsatisfied with the product. This will allow him to explore available options, including a possible return.

    I purchased a set of headlights from this company on June 10 2022. One of them has been defective for months now and I cant get this company to respond via email, phone or chat for months. When I began contacting the company, the headlights were still under warranty but are no longer under warranty. Its unclear if this company is still in business, I see a number of people complaining on forums and a variety of complaints here on BBB. This company should not be permitted to sell products and offer no actual service or support for them. Ive attached my initial conversation from the purchase with Tacoma Lifestyle (the retailer) who I purchased them from. Alpharex did not respond to me at that time either.

    AlphaRex has contacted the vendor and ******* that the initial contact was within the warranty period.  The vendor will contact the customer directly (during the week 6/30/2025) and will be honoring the warranty to get the customer taken care of once we have all the relevant pictures/videos of the issue, along with detailed description.

    So I had gone through a company to order and install alpharex pro headlights on my truck in 2023. That company has since gone out of business. I took my truck in for maintenance 2025, the mentioned the high beam was not functioning. They did the basic checks of the fuse. So Feb 3, 2025 and contacted alpharex, first by chat no replies, second home call left message no call backs, sent mail. Finally got a reply. Was asked if I changed bulb. Replied no, waited till I had time to preform the task of removing grill, front quarter panel, to take bulb out and replace it, then test it at night, still failing. Sent mail, waited till the end of alpharex business day to reply to me, and they asked if I had the receipt. After explaining again that the company had gone out of business, I found a receipt, sent it to them. Alpharex explained the they would do a courtesy home replacement, if I pay 50%, then will get it back when I send back the headlights, was told someone from alpharex would call me. No one ever did, I had to email, chat, phone call(answering machine) to get anything done. It now been 3 weeks even after talking to alpharex that I will get a tracking number and I have been charged the 50%, but have nothing to show for it. It has been a long 21 day process of only me following up with alpharex, replying to me once a day, no call backs or anything. What alpharex promises does not happen. The customer service and seems the quality of products is not worth paying for

    According to our records, the following took place:  

    2/25/2025 - Mr. ********* reached out to AlphaRex regarding a defective L-Driver side headlight where we requested a deposit in the amount of $250 deposit for a replacement, which will be refunded once the defective lights were received.

    2/25/2025 - $250 deposit was received by AlphaRex and a return shipping label was issued **** 1Z635R9X9093505440) for the return.

    3/8/2025 - AlphaRex sent another return shipping label **** 1Z3X300Y0399238227) noting that "customer needs the driver side, not passenger side."

    3/10/2025 - 1Z3X300Y0399238227 was delivered to AlphaRex warehouse (this contained the R-Passenger side - the incorrect side).

    3/12/2025 - $250 deposit was refunded.

    3/19/2025 - 1Z635R9X9093505440 was delivered to AlphaRex warehouse (this contained the L-Driver side - the correct side)

     

    I've tried to reach out to Mr. ********* at the provided phone number ending in ***** but the phone number has been disconnected.  Please provide us with an updated phone number if you require further assistance and I'll reach out personally to take care of this situation immediately.

    Will not respond accordingly to emails involving a replacement part for a failure in their product. This is inside their 2 year warranty period and I just want to replace a faulty tail light that isn't working properly. I have sent them the information they initially asked for now 3 times with no followup, Including the proof of purchase, a video of problem and pictures of the plugs of the tail light.

    I purchased the AlphaRex - LUXX-Series Matte Black/Smoke Sequential Fiber Optic LED Tail Lights and just over 2 years I discovered a faulty seal on the driver side tail light that is allowing for water to seep into the light casing. I reached out to AlphaRex seven times and was ignored for weeks. Ultimately, I was able to reach an agent via live chat- I waited 1 full hour to receive a response with ***** mins response time for each message. It surely felt as though I was purposely being avoided so that I would "go away," instead of them offering to help me and uphold offer up a solution. Their lack of quality on a $600 dollar product coupled with their awful customer service this company should NOT have an A rating... not even close. I even offered to pay on my dollar to swap out the faulty lights for a new set and AlphaRex refused to work with me at all sending me back and forth between them and the third party vendor (CariD). A product costing hundreds of dollars should last longer than 2+ years or at least have backing from the manufacturer on a faulty product. Unfortunately, AlphaRex has extremely poor customer service and faulty products.Lastly, I find it interesting that with all the complaints on AlphaRex listed on the BBB website (and forums alike), there is no where to leave reviews on the company website for their products... seems like that is no coincidence.

Since your purchase is out of the 2-year warranty period, these are critical pieces of information for us to determine the best course of action, including whether your specific unit may have been subject to any revisions since its production.

While we are unable to offer a direct replacement without the required documentation and the product is out of the warranty period, we do provide the option to purchase a single side. However, please note that due to potential product revisions, we cannot guarantee a 100% match with your existing unit.

    I order lights from AlphaRex and was given a delivery date of Nov 15. When they didnt show up I called and spoke to Customer *** which told me to wait another week. Once lights still didnt show up and *** tracking showed an issue with package I called AlphaRex back. Was told they will look into and get back with me. After a couple days no email or phone call. I called and took me about 2 hours to get a *** who told me they will look into and get back with me. A few more days went by and nothing. I called again which took another 2 hours to get someone on phone. I asked for Manager and was told that ***** would call me. I never heard from ***** but received email from ******* G which I attached. I have emailed ******* G back and its been a few days with no ***ly. I would like to get the refund since I never received the lights and ******* G even acknowledge I didnt receive the lights.

    I have Tailights from alpha *** that went bad! Ive had a mechanic test them to find out what the problem was and it came down to a bad load resistor! Ive contacted alpha *** and done everything they have asked so I can get this issue resolved! We came to an agreement that they would send me two load resistors so I can get it fixed! And for three weeks now Ive had to reach out to them first time due to the fact he said they should be at my house on a Friday! Then said we dont have them we will get them Monday for it to turn into oh we got them but we wanna text them before we send them out to now left a voicemail and texted him and tried everything to get ahold of the supervisor Ive been in contact with and they are now just avoiding me at this point and Im tired of doing everything I need to do to get this resolved and not get any sort of professionalism out of alpha *** will never buy from them again and really hope they will live up to their word since I cant drive my truck due to the tailight now making my vehicle illegal to drive with state regulation of my motor vehicle!!!!

While we provided assistance with troubleshooting steps, it has been determined that the light will need to be replaced. ********* raised concerns about the seller not honoring the warranty.     I purchased headlights and taillights from AlphaRex. I placed the order through ****** Man, supervisor. He offered me a 10% discount on the order. I sent the money through *****, as this was his request. 8/9/2023, the headlights started to malfunction. I sent 7 messages to ****** with no response. On 9/28/2023, I was contacted by ***** with AlphaRex via text message. I was informed that I would need to send in my defective headlights before a replacement would be sent. I acquired some stock headlights so that I could still drive while the Return Authorization was processed. I was given an RMA # RMA7106-RD1NELSON. I was also provided a prepaid ***** shipping label on 11/1/2023. 11/22/2023, I sent a message to ***** to see if they received my return. No response. 12/1/23, email sent with no response.01/17/2024, message sent with no response.2/8/24, email sent with no response.2/23/24: message sent with no response.5/2/24, message sent with no response.5/16/24, email sent to [email protected]/23/24, finally received an email from Esme w/ AlphaRex. They apologized for delay. They checked with ****** and he said that a credit was issued to ************** (this is not me or in any way affiliated)5/23/24, I replied that I'm not certain who ************** is. I was an individual person and have not received any refunds or replacements. I have not received any correspondence since 5/23/****** they have my headlights and my money.

    Dont waste your money on this product!!!! The lights didnt work worth a f*** right out the box and I contacted Alpharex about it. I gave them opportunity after opportunity to try to get the issue resolved but four months later and Id still rather **** start a shotgun than deal with their **** poor customer service again!!!! Youre better off getting morimotos than this garbage! Ive tried several times to reach some sort of end via warranty out the lights or finding some issue to be resolved but to no avail. Then I provide several pieces of photo evidence that theyre faulty and customer service asked to have a shop inspect them. So I took my truck to an electronic shop that specializes in aftermarket electronics for vehicles that have even done SEMA builds and he reassured me that the fault was internal to the light. So the lady I was dealing with (*******) tried patching me over to her supervisor after months upon months of ************* Well two weeks have passed and its been radio silence ever since and Ive reached back out to try to contact them and still no response. They either need to work on their quality issues or overhaul their customer service department as a whole!!! I told them I wanted to try whatever I could to NOT leave a bad review and to come to some solution but here we are after several ************ a with no solutions or any type of response to say the least. If you wanted to **** $1,553 on headlights, go with the competition that has actual ***************** customer care. I went with ******** for every other light on my truck and Ive had Z E R O issues at all and all worked as advertised whereas Alpharex cant even get headlights right! WTF!!!! This review is also going to the Better Business Bureau and any other website I could possibly apply it to.

    Order #******] (August 3, 2023)I have attempted to contact company in regards to exchanging my product. They have not responded to any of my inquiries. I have attempted to contact them via their website. One of the headlights does not adjust up. It will be almost two year since purchase and they have a 2 year exchange from purchase date. In the policy they want you to return the item prior to alpharex exchanging it fixing the product. Im not sure how I am supposed to drive without a headlight. Very poor customer service. Id like a replacement driver side headlight.

    Our customer service representative have tried reaching out to the customer May 8th, 2024 but we did not get a response.  The customer is well within the 2 year warranty period (only in 10th month); our reps will continue to reach out and resolve this.
