1 starPaid $96.98 for a dress. They sent me the wrong dress 10 sizes too small!! Then charged me $10 to send me the dress I ordered. It didn't arrive in time for my event so I tried to return it. They charged me $27.98 to return the dress!!!!! You CANNOT reach a real person. Everything has to be done via email or chat and their policies are ridiculous!!! So angry!!!Review fromRisa F

1 starThis nonchalant business has no plans on returning customers refund money. I purchased a dress it look better on the advertisement than what I received. I CALLED AND WAS GIVEN AN "RMA" number and send it back personally myself at *********** counter. It is well over two months and no refund. SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN AS THEY WILL BE ONE LESS BUSINESS HUSTLING CUSTOMERS OUT OF REFUND MONEY. YES, I STILL WANT MY REFUND.Review fromShari M

1 starDaughter didn't like the dress unable to return because "custom order" which is a lie. That policy is inaccurately described. It seems like any dress they make is "custom made" since every clothing product has to be made and they are saying they are "custom made". Will make sure others know not to buy from ever dress. I bought multiple dresses and they took forever to arrive. Even arrived after the event i bought them for and they would not let me return them. Took over a month to arrive. 1 starThis company is HORRIBLE and SHADY! I ordered two dresses from them through ****. When I wanted to return them, they require a ridiculous amount of hoops you have to jump through. (Send via **** with tracking, send them the tracking, put a lengthy number on the box, etc.) You can't call them and you can only email them. I had to get **** involved. They had to "open an case" and communicate with Ever Pretty. EP kept lying to **** saying they emailed me. I had to keep calling **** to get updates. I also let them know that EP had bad reviews on here. I made sure I took pictures of all my return information. I sent it to EP and copied ****, so they could see that I followed their instructions. EP eventually stopped talking to ****, and **** figured out that I was not lying, so they gave me my refund. I ordered the dresses on June 2nd, sent my first email to EP on June 20th and didn't get my money back until AUGUST 11th. RUN from the shady people at Ever Pretty!

1 starI ordered dresses in March I requested customer service to do a return/refund because I neglected to put a tracking number on my return they can't find it, they receive items and put back in inventory and discard the information in the return. A person cannot assist they want you to send email to customer service for assistance. Never shopping again with themEver Pretty

5 starsI was really happy with my EverPretty experience. I ordered several dresses to try on for my wedding. Dresses were beautiful just as pictured and sizing measurements were accurate. I chose two and returned the others. I figured the return shipping fee was worth it because the dress prices were great and I was able to try them on at home. Everyone that I spoke with through the process was very helpful and kept me informed on my order status. I'd definitely buy from EverPretty in the future and recommend to others.Ever Pretty

5 starsThe dress was well made, comfortable and very pretty. Arrived VERY quickly. I just was not happy with how it looked on me, but that was not the fault of the dress. Returning was easy and fast! If I need a dress, I will be back!Ever Pretty
