      I had my phone battery replaced at Ultimate Wireless ***************** but unfortunately, the new battery was defective. Despite my efforts to reach out to the owner, ****, through multiple texts and phone calls, I received no response. My calls consistently went to voicemail, and my texts were ignored. I even made several trips to his store, only to find it closed each time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place. It's frustrating to deal with unresponsive customer service when issues arise.

      They swapped out my original iPhone 12 Pro *** display without my consent!Went to the store on Tuesday, 4/23, at 6pm for an iPhone battery replacement, was told that it will take 30 minutes for the job. Then at 7pm he came back with my phone. The minute I picked up my phone I realized that my phone display is not the same anymore, the ***** was dimmed and lost all the shapeness. Then I went to SETTING and found out that I have TWO error messages. Both telling me about the UNKNOWN PART (see pics attached) as it's no longer a genuine part from Apple. One is for the Battery and the other for the Display. He obviously swapped out my display. (I expected the battery would be a non genuine part.)I asked that guy why it's showing the message and he said it's normal and it will go away after the battery is fully charged. Since I needed to rush home I didn't argue. The next few days I tried to call and text the store and tried to get my original display back, but he refused to do so. All he offered was to hard reset my phone so the error message would go away, and that would take 2-3 hours! (Not promising anything about restoring the original display.)Attached are the error messages from my phone.If they ever offer a repair, I have to watch it while they are repairing as I don't know what other parts they will swap out.

      Has not given refund after service was cancelled. Went to them to unlock carrier, figured it out through **** instead, so we cancelled the unlock carrier process with business. They have not given a refund after asking multiple times. They said it was processing, its been multiple weeks and still no refund.

      they scammed me and wont give me a refund even though they messed up my phone and theyre saying i cant get a refund but i wasted all of my hard earned money for this and also they are being extremely unprofessional about this whole deal.
