    Fraudulent marketing. I ordered a flocked Christmas tree but received tabletop lighted birch trees. I took a chance and ordered since they are on the ******* website. The seller never responded. Do not trust Joybuy Market place. They charge for one thing but ship something totally different. I am in the process receiving a refund by returning the lighted birch trees. Will not buy from them again. ******* needs to take them down. **** starts but had to chose one.

    I ordered 2 ****** security cameras from Joybuy through ******* and could not get them to hook up to internet . I ask for a refund and cant get them to call me I have called their number about 5 times and all you can do is leave a message to tell them what you need and ask them to call you back and they have not returned my calls . I have emailed them about a dozen times and they email back telling me to contact ******* . I contacted ******* 3 times they say I need to contact Joybuy since its been over 30 days .

    I bought a ring, 2 weeks later it was out for delivery but it never showed up, now it says it's delayed and I can't track it. This company is ripping people off left and right and not delivering the purchased goods.

    Purchased a hot tub back in August reported right away that the hot tub was leaking air we also reported the heater not working we made purchase throw ******* who stated we need to contact company we contacted the company who stated take item back to ******* who than told us they could not take it there so here we are ****** out we contacted company who stated they were sending new one when back in stock and here ******** months later and they are refusing to answer emails or questions over phone they have no record of selling the item really we have emails and photos and they still refuse we also have ******* purchase date online when it was ordered next we will be looking to see how ro get are ****** back ..Run do not purchase anything from this company and they sell alot on ******* and ******* need to get rid of them..

    I bought the pole dancing gnome as a gag gift for my anniversary with my bf. It was in bad shape. Bottom isn't flat, color/paint is horrible (but fixable).

    Horrible company. Ordered a *********** gift for my husband on January 28th, have a tracking number, and paid in full. Product has not been shipped, and cannot get any answers. It is now *********** day, no gift arrived. ************* and ******* obviously endorses them, as they are the website I used to place the order. DO BETTER *******

    Should be minus trillion star. This company is not customer friendly. They will not answer you back. Poor communication. Orders on Nov 28 sat in ******** six days supposed to arrive Dec 7 email this morning says dec12. Nope no no. Second time problem with orders from them and ship partner. Trust me will not be number three.Consumers run do not order unless you wanna do wait non communication game. Me will never order again. Period.

    I ordered a tea pot from *******.com I never know was coming from a third party supply It came broken by mail due to very poor packaging condition It took me 3 days to get done the return I started online they give me a bar code its says go to any ******* to the costumer service desk and show them to refund your money I went there and they told me they cant help because I was already started the return They told me to call customer service I did and he told me they should help me there after 1.5 hrs they told me I bought that item from another company Joybuy I told them I bought it from ******* but they say they are connected and next time I should be careful They connect me with Joybuy by mail They asked pictures and video from the damages and 2 days later they sent me and answer like they cant process my refund because was a after 30 days from the purchase date Of curse!I waited it like 3 weeks for the delivery I didnt know was from ***** I was contacting ******* again by phone and I explain they wont do the refund to me Finally they assumed responsibility and they will refund me the money First time I bought something from ******* and last one !!

    I ordered two bags of skeleton bones for party decor from them, through ******** Eac bag had 27 pieces for a total of 54. I was expecting 54 bones to arrive weighing over 12 lbs. What arrived was a small bag of shredded paper. Not joking, a bag of shredded paper weighing less than a ounce arrived. I was shocked and contacted *******, who than contacted Joybuy. They were slow and had no answer as to how or why. They have no contact information and are very hard to communicate with. Based out of ***** and no American contact information what so ever. Avoid this business and shop somewhere you can actually speak to someone.
