    Pretty much what everyone else has said. Had a 1 year agreement with them years ago. I cancelled and closed down my brokerage. Then years later they pop up trying to collect old fees. and sent to collections.

    I do not have a contract with this company, yet they are still trying to collect from me. In January of 2024 I received a message saying I needed to call them. I did and spoke to *** who informed me that they had been charging me for years for a website my late sister must have set up years ago before her death in 2019. But, I dont even know if she set it up. I just assumed since they had my credit card information. I told them that I now have terminal cancer (for over two years now) and do not work. They canceled, apologized and told me that all was taken care of. I didnt ask for them to refund the charges since Im busy fighting cancer. Then I get a message 05/2024 saying I am being sent to collections over a one month bill. I called and spoke to ********************* who told me I owe and she didnt care what I had to say. She was sending me to collections. I asked to be sent the contract. The contract they sent does not have a signature, only *previous customer* written in where a signature belongs. The contract even states that it expires in 2017. She wrote the following in the email:1. An e-commerce transaction does not require a signature to be valid.2. At the time of sale, the customer had the opportunity to print the terms and conditions of the contract.3. At the time of sale, the customer MUST **** that they accept the terms and conditions of the contract or the sale does not go through.I did not agree to this and I did not **** that I accept the terms. They can not send me anything that shows I did. This is a fraudulent company. Do not even call them or speak to any of their sales people. The contract they sent me states ******************* was the sales person. I tried calling back several times and left a message and they will not return my call. Now I have to battle it out after being sent to collections.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Superlative regarding their lack of customer service and their automatic renewal policy.Recently, I encountered a significant issue with Superlative's service when attempting to manage my subscription. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, I received no response when their website went down. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling frustrated and abandoned as a customer. Since my initial customer service representative left, I was never told nor given another contact. I tried to contact them and they have been unresponsive on numerous attempts. Subsequently, upon finally reaching a representative to address my concerns and attempt to cancel my subscription, I was informed that due to my attempts to contact them, I was automatically signed another year and would be billed accordingly. Despite my request to only pay for three months and my willingness to resolve the issue amicably, Superlative has failed to respond to my calls and emails, leaving me in a state of frustration.I urge Superlative to improve their customer service practices to ensure that other customers do not face similar issues in the future. Additionally, I request immediate resolution of my situation and an assurance that I will not be unfairly penalized for their lack of responsiveness and unreasonable policies.

    They force you to make a 12-month agreement. I tried to cancel my subscription foe the last 2 years and they continue charging me monthly $34.95

    That system breakdown for over two months last year and everybodys websites were dark gone. Could not reach customer service for Mos and every email went an answered. Once their server came back up, they proceeded as normal and told me that I was locked into a contract and now theyre sending me a bill for $348 plus late fees & sending it to collections. I had to pay $6000 to create a new website as fast as I could add called numerous times to notify them after they were back up. Nobody returned my call until my plan automatically renewed and it was the day after. They told me I was stuck with them . Horrible horrible business.

    CAUTINARY REVIEW: I hired them, and boy, what a MISTAKE! The girls that answer the phone are so rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. I could not get the website to work the way I wanted, and I was sold. So I cancelled immediately upon figuring out that what I was sold was not what they could produce.So, one year later, they put me in collections personally, not in my business name to boot. It turns out they had me in a sneaky contract. I would stay away from this company at all costs. You have been warned.

    There should be a ZERO star option! Do not use this company. They snag you in with a impressive sales pitch. I paid in advance for one year, so I can save my money. The website they created was mediocre, at best. It's hard to get anyone on the phone to help you. Once my annual renewal came about, there was absolutely no communication of an upcoming charge. They just charged my credit card again and here I am, locked in for another year. Yes, I initially signed the annual agreement. But as a courtesy, why wouldn't this company at least communicate the fact that if I don't cancel at year's end, I will be locked in for another year. This should be illegal. It's definitely misleading and fraudulent. I called to ask them to cancel my contract and reimburse me. I was met with, "You signed on the dotted line, so too bad" type of response. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT use this fraudulent and unethical company.

    Terrible company. I have been fighting to cancel their service for months. The web hosting crashed in January and I had to hire a new web host. I have been fighting them since January to cancel the recurring charge. I have to continually dispute it through credit card company. They do not return phone calls or emails. Next step is to replace my credit card. Review should be 0 stars.HORRIBLE COMPANY-BEWARE

    Years of trying to cancel my account with no one helping or responding, Had to cancel my credit card just to get them to stop billing me! Then after I cancelled my account, they continue to try to bill me monthly after making me pay a $200 cancellation fee. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Once they get your payment info, they will NOT stop even after proof your account is cancelled!!!

    HORRIBLE company! DO NOT use. They take your money and make it impossible to cancel. I had to have my credit card company block their charges.
