      We accepted this company's free offer to develop a no obligation website design. Three weeks later, they responded, and another week or so later they e-mailed the website landing page. A ***************************** called every two hours, unreasonably expecting an immediate response. A day or two later, we advised that we would be going in a different direction, as we found their design less than compelling. ******************** does not take rejection well, and through a series of derogatory e-mails has called me "old," and "a loser." He stated that the people of my home state of NC are "rednecks," and derided the entire generation of baby boomers. He also insulted my durable medical equipment business and our entire industry. The only thing that outweighs his arrogance is his relentless pursuit of insulting those that reject his product. And he has the nerve to say that our business was unprofessional. He even went to ****** and gave my business a one-star rating. I've been in the business world for 43 years, and never ran across anybody who crosses the line as horrifically as iCreative web design.
