    Placed an order by mistake on website. The website is designed where you can only email for issues. There is no live person to chat with or call about the problem. My issue could have been resolved very quickly if they give you a cancel order option on the website. ((they dont ). Forcing you to receive order and the return it. This is a very unprofessional business. I emailed about my concern and only got the responseOur system is automated to process orders as quickly as possible. We checked our system and at this point, we are unable to edit or cancel Order, but yet the order has not been processed. This Company finding a way to keep your money. I requested to cancel order one min after I mistakenly placed it. A system can be overridden. I would like for this order to be cancelled and not given the hassle of returning it once I receive it. They dont care about the customers at all! Only takers of money!!

    On September 4, 2024, I contacted Orgain to inform the company that an entire case of 12 Orgain protein shakes that had been shipped to me was spoiled. Over the course of the next two weeks, I emailed back and forth with company representatives several times, providing information and photographs at the company's request. Eventually the company issued me a refund of $25.99, the cost of the case of shakes. However, the company did not refund me the cost of shipping, which was about $10. I emailed Orgain and asked for a refund of the shipping cost. The company has ignored my ******** is bad enough that the company should have shipped me an entire case of spoiled product. But then to refuse to refund me the money that I paid for the company to ship me that spoiled product is outrageous.

    I made a purchase of their protein powder on Amazon. After first the first consumption of the recommended amount, I became nauseated and had to run to the bathroom. Amazon instructed me to contact the company directly for a resolution because the company handles complaints. I emailed the company and was told I would receive a response from another department, but no one has contacted. I want my money back!

    I find it crazy that they sell unfilled protein powders to customers. Im paying for a full canister that is not full. I would like another canister one that is full. Its not ok that these dont get filled and dont wanna hear the excuse of it settling. Then they should know to take there time n refill it again when its settled.

    I am trying to unsubscribe to the automatic subscription from Orgain. I have followed the neccessary steps to be unsubscribed but I am still being billed and sent their products. I have tried contacting their helpline at ************ and their chatline that is available on their website, never receiving a message from either. I have access to my account, which I have tried to unsubscribe from there, but it says I have no subscriptions.
