    Product ordered, tracking said delivered but it was not in my box or on my porch/anywhere near my house.I contacted customer support, they said wait a few days and contact them again.I contacted them again and said I had talked to a mailman, who checked the oversized bin for that route, nothing in there, my neighbors didn't receive it and it wasn't placed on my front deck.I received no contact after the 2nd email. The email telling me to wait came within minutes.

    Hello,

    This customer has been ordering successfully from us since January, the order in question would have been their 3rd order. The tracking on the order from **** doesn't really tell us much ********************************************************************************** seems like the package is being tossed around between **** fulfillment centers. From our side we did out part, order was placed at 7:23am and was shipped by 3:00pm the same day. This complaint should be directed to **** as their processes and procedures consistently fall sort leaving the sellers as the ones to eat the costs of product they mishandle.

    Nevertheless, we have put in a replacement order for ******* misplaced/mishandled/lost order, we are shipping the replacement order via *** overnight, he should be receiving his replacement product tomorrow: *************************************************************************************************************************************************************;

    This should satisfy ******* complaint.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is more than adequate and fair to resolve this issue. The business has already processed a replacement order and I consider this complaint resolved.

    Ordered sample pack and package has been rerouted back to sender state. I am in a legal state for the product as listed on the website. I would like a replacement package and explanation of where my package is headed and why it has turned around and traveled back halfway across *****************.
