5 starsThey did exactly wehat they said they would do and over the course of the last 4 years, they saved me over $3000 on maintenance fees. Yes - they charge a fee but in the long run, I saved a lot of money as a result of working with them. they communicated with us at every step of the way and finally closed out the transaction by getting the deed reassigned to the *****************.
