4 starsAll resorts we stayed was fabulous. Enjoyed while we had it but HOH fees were reasonable at first but then kept going up especially after COVID. All employees were very nice and helpful.

5 starsI am writing to express my deepest gratitude and offer my wholehearted recommendation for **** at XTimeshares, as well as for XTimeshares as a company. **** was a remarkable customer service representative who went above and beyond in assisting me through a complex and exasperating process. From our first contact, she was an extraordinary example of professionalism, compassion, and ************* mother, who was suffering from Alzheimers disease and has since passed away, and I were tied to a burdensome timeshare that had become an overwhelming, untenable financial responsibility with ever-increasing maintenance fees that continued in perpetuity. Navigating this situation myself was not only complicated and emotionally taxing but also impossible to achieve. **** provided me with consistent communication, keeping me informed every step of the way with monthly progress reports that gave me peace of mind and confidence in the process. She demonstrated genuine care and understanding of our unique circumstances. Thanks to Erins diligent efforts and the expert handling by everyone at XTimeshares, we were able to cancel our timeshare contract, which lifted a tremendous financial weight off my shoulders that I would never have been able to do on my own. There is a fee involved that is clearly stated and explained, but considering what one pays for a timeshare and will continue to pay forever, XTimeshares fee is nominal in comparison. What could have been a frustrating and confusing ordeal became a seamless and supportive experience thanks to **** and her team. I am incredibly grateful for her patience, empathy, and outstanding customer service.
