    I just received the notice from Monarch that my timeshare has been transferred! I will no longer have to deal with the annual maintenance fees that keep coming back every year whether I used the timeshare or not. I have to admit I was apprehensive about whether this actually works. However, this notification from Monarch is definitely WELCOMES NEWS!

    Everything was explained upfront in the beginning how much it would cost, and that there was a possibility it might go past another year. It did not monarch, took care of it in a timely manner.

    This has been a long and challenging process, but Monarch Resolution has stood by us with patience and determination and got the job done. While there were a few hiccups early on, including providing us with a new case representative, the team has remained focused on helping us move forward. We were sold on promises that never came true and told wed have flexibility and value, when in reality we were stuck with a contract we couldnt use and maintenance fees that only got worse over time. Due to our ages and declining health we werent able to use our points in years but still paying thousands and thousands of dollars in maintenance fees. After our kids told us they didnt want to be stuck with this debt and burden we knew we needed the expert help in getting out of this.

    Working with Monarch Resolution has been a relieving experience after hearing all the horror stories out there. From the start, the team was compassionate, responsive, and effective in guiding us through what had felt like a hopeless situation. We were misled by our timeshare and promised benefits and flexibility that never materialized. Over the years, the fees kept increasing! On top of that, ongoing financial hardships made it impossible to keep up with while being on a fixed income. Finding out that the contract could pass down to our children added even more stress. Thankfully Monarch helped us break free from it all. It feels like a huge weight has been lifted. Were finally free! We highly recommend...
