    I paid lending tree 16k for resolution of my tax debt by nationwide tax experts. The debt STILL shows on the *** website, was supposed to start being deemed uncollectible starting in 2022. It all still shows!NO ONE answers the phone or responds to email - they did respond via email once to provide our documents. ****** ***** on April 10th 2025

    We have reviewed Mr. ***** complaint and his case history. In 2019, Mr. **** engaged our services to assist with *** tax matters. At the time, he was non-compliant, and the *** had filed multiple Substitute for Returns. We successfully placed his balances into Currently Non-Collectible (***) status and continued to resubmit his case as new liabilities arose.
    Mr. **** should have received confirmation of *** status from the **** During a recent conversation, we explained the *** placement and clarified that IRS notices are automatically generatedwe are unable to stop them. He was also reminded that continued compliance and prompt payment of any new balances are required.
    Our service agreement was valid for five years beginning in 2020. We fulfilled our obligations and resolved his case with *** status. Should Mr. **** require further clarification, we encourage him to contact our **************** team at **************. Thank you for your assistance and we look forward to getting this matter resolved.

    I have not recd any CNC status notifications from the ***. I have made multiple attempts to call Nat *** without an answer or being placed on an unending hold. I need a conversation with a person to explain/clarify where I am 5 years later. What did I pay $16k for?

    I hired this company to resolve my tax issue with ********. They signed me up for a loan and paid themselves. They have done absolutely nothing other than just take my money. I am still paying for the loan and they just gave me false list of charges. They also claimed to be a different company named Tax Relief Helpers from *******************. I just recently found out they are actually called Nationwide Tax Experts

    Please be advised that we have received the complaint filed by *******. We have been in direct communication with her regarding her case and the concerns she raised.
    In response to Kristals request for cancellation prior to the completion of her case, we issued an invoice in accordance with the terms outlined in the Service Agreement Cancellation Policy. While services were provided in relation to her case, she is still entitled to a refund. Accordingly, we have sent her the necessary documentation to facilitate both the cancellation and the refund process.
    We would like to clarify that no false charges have been applied. As customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, we will be reaching out to ******* directly to address this matter and ensure an amicable resolution. We are committed to resolving this issue promptly.

    I hired this company to help pay my taxes down in 2020. Now it's 2025, and my $10k loan is finally paid off, and nothing has been done. I owe even more on taxes since they did nothing. This is a **** company. I demand my payment back in FULL, or legal action will be taken.

    My [now deceased] aunt entered into a contract with this company, Nationwide Tax Experts, as noted on her contract with the third party financing company *********************************. She was paying them over $300 a month until her death, at which point I paid off the balance of the loan to ****. Nationwide..... is now known as ******************* They have an account in my aunt's name. They were to negotiate down some pre-existing debt with the *** and file ********* taxes for her. They never did either of these things. So when she died, and was therefore no longer responding to inquiries from her, they figured they were in the clear. My attempts to reach out to them and get a copy of the contract she entered into with them have been futile. Phone numbers that worked yesterday are now suddenly not in service. However, her back taxes have now become my issue, as her estate executor. And those other tax returns which were never filed are going to rear their ugly heads in the not-too-distant future. No thanks to Nationwide Tax Experts! Their D- rating is well-deserved and, quite frankly, too high a rating for them. They are scammers.

    I hired this company back in November of 2021 to help with back taxes owed that were less than $10,000. I've not got a single phone call or update about anything involving my taxes! and the one time reached out, they said someone else had my file and would call me back, but never did. For all this I've could've used the money to pay toward my back taxes! It's been over 3 years with no resolution.

    Contacted for repair and reduction of *** tax debt. Went through their process and talked to Senior Tax Consultant ***** ******. I paid their fee in the amount of $2800 in three payments in 2020. I still have gotten notices from *** which I was repeatedly told would stop. No settle reduction has been obtained.

    In October of 2021 I entered into a contract with Nationwide *** services and I used **** to finance my loan for *******. As of yesterday 10/16/2024 my bill has been paid off. I still have not had any real resolution other than being gold that my case has been placed on a hold by the ***. They behave told me that Im supposed to receive a letter from the *** confirming this and I have yet to receive anything from them. Each time i have called recently I have been placed on hold with no one ever coming back on the line.

    I had a Nationwide Tax Expert assist me on stopping from my taxes getting placed on a property tax levy. I left several messages with ******, who supposed to be my tax expert and yet to receive a call back. I received a letter from the *** stating Final Balance Due Reminder - Intend to seize (Levy property). I've paid Nationwide two payments, one with ********************************** for $10,508.76 and $4,104.00 with Lending USA. I am currently still making payments with both companies and feel like I have been bamboozled out of money I really didn't have. Can someone please help?

    ************************* at ***************** LLC *************) scammed me in May of 2022. I was led to believe that he could get resolution on my back taxes I owe the **** I was having Covid at the time. He aggressively talked me into signing up for two loans, which he said my monthly payments on would go towards paying my tax debt. After finding a new accountant, my new accountant brought this scam to light, because I am still getting letters from the *** about back taxes. After discovering that none of the nearly $500 that were taking each month was going towards the **** I thought I was doing a good thing, and I was diligent about the payments until my accountant alerted me to the discrepancy with this company. I changed my checking account number so the loan companies could no longer withdraw the money each month, and in the following months they have decimated my credit score, dragging it from 720 to 530. Now, when I call and ask for *************************, he screens and refuses my calls. This company needs to be examined because they are not helping people, quite the opposite. I have been told that I might need to take this issue to small claims court. The time and stress dealing with all this has reflected in my health. I feel betrayed and tricked.

    Hired Nationwide Tax Experts to reduce/eliminate back taxes owed. They required me to take out a loan with ************************* Services for the money for the Offer In Compromise and another loan through Lending USA to pay for their services. Got a notice 3 years later from IRS stating that I owe $55,000+. Never got any statements saying that NTE had even talked to the **** Seems to be a total scam company helping other lenders prey on consumers with outrageous interest rates.
