    I received a message through the Guac app that they were updating banks and I needed to confirm my information. I did this, but noticed that my savings balance of a little over $3,000 is now $0. There is no message in the app from the company to explain what the status is or if it's a technical issue. There were no email communications either. Nothing regarding this is shown in my account alerts or transaction history. I've tried calling the support line, but it goes to voicemail and I haven't received a call back. I've submitted emails to support but haven't heard a response. There are no other numbers or email addresses listed for the company. According to the reviews for this app on the Apple store many users are experiencing the same issue. It looks like they stole our money.

    Hello, BBB.

    The Guac app had a transition to new bank partner that caused users to temporarily lose balances in there Guac app. The issues was resolved shortly there after and all users of the Guac app have access to there saved dollars in there account.

    On 8/29/25 I received a message on the GUAC app saying that they were going to change banking systems to another bank. They asked me to supply some information to help them complete this transaction while trying to do so many times the app would not let meidentify my verification. I sent an email to them. I didnt never got a response so I called and emailed multiple times over the last Week. I had no response. I tried to go on the app again this time it said my password was incorrect. I tried to email about this issue. Still no response. So I was locked out of my GUAC app. Ive called multiple times and emailed multiple times and got zero response I have about $2800 of my funds in their app and Im worried Im not gonna get my money.

    Since November 2024, I have had an account with the **********************. I have earned $953.72, and I would like that money transferred to my bank. The app is closing down and they are not honoring the money that should be in my account. I have even talked with ***** *********, President and he promised I would get my money. Unfortunately, this STILL has not happened.

    I have had a Guac App account open since Jan 25 2021.The bank account I had linked to the Guac App had become compromised in January and I froze that account and opened a new one. Ever since then I have not been able to access the $2,058.06 that is in the Guac App account. I have emailed the customer support team with no help. I have called and left multiple messages and have yet to get any help from their customer support team.

    Hello, 

    We have followed up with client/user directly but thank you for also providing them with a response so we can complete their request. At **** we do not allow users to change the bank account connected to Guac once the original bank account is connected. This is for security purposes for both the user and our entity. We are happy to send back his total savings balance of $2058.06 to his original connected bank account but it sounds like he may not have access anymore. In this case we can generate a check with his total balance and send to his home address. We just need him to confirm his home address, and we will process the check.

    I used the Guac savings app. Recently I'm trying to transfer money between my app and my bank account. I want to transfer the money from the Guac app to my bank account. Guac is telling me there is a hold on my account due to suspension of fraudulent activity. I was told I need a letter of good standing from my bank. My bank has told me that there are no holds on my account. I want to transfer my money from the app to my account.
