    I am so fortunate to have been contacted by American Senior upon my inquiry about Reverse Mortgage. We were contacted by agent RH who was very personable and knowledgeable. ** explained all the details and process of obtaining funding. RH guided us through the various steps and documents associated with a reverse mortgage. He made himself available for us to contact him for clarification of the process. I would recommend American Senior for those individuals requiring a reverse mortgage. I now have the comfort that my wife will be able to stay in our home. Thank you RH and American Senior

    Anytime you set out to do a mortgage it can be time-consuming and stressful. Working with RH at High Tech Lending has been a smooth and great experience! RH has been attentive, a great communicator and very quick to answer questions and make the process as easy as possible.     We are so glad that we contacted American Senior Mortgage. **** ******, our loan originator, was friendly, informative and, most importantly, he was always reachable and very responsive any time we needed assistance. We are thrilled to have the equity from our property and to be out from under an ever increasing adjustable mortgage. In our opinion, this is the only way to go and American Senior Mortgage excelled in this process.

    Our trusted Retirement / Financial Planner recommended that we refinance thru a HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage) - so after much thought & consideration, and after extensive research of the many companies that specialize in HECMs, we chose American Senior. Our *************** was knowledgeable, personable, professional, patient and thorough in answering all of our detailed questions & analytical concerns. As we decided to move forward, our Loan Officer stayed actively engaged with us, updating us on and facilitating the process - which could not have gone and concluded anymore smoothly.     RH was absolutely awesome. Great attitude, knowledgeable, personable, professional, with excellent communication. By the time I had to take the counseling course, it turned into a review as RH had already gone over everything I needed to know.He and his team made everything go as smoothly as possible.I cannot recommend him high enough. 5 stars only? Naw, I'd give him 10/5!Thank you RH!

    RW as great easy to talk to and always available he answered the 100's of questions I asked from start to finish. He followed through on everything and kept me updated through the entire process. If you are looking for a reverse mortgage I would highly recommend RW

    This company is 100% there for you when you need them. Our representative, *******, did all he could to make the experience as smooth and easy as he possibly could. Plus, he was a genuinely nice person, always had time to help and answer questions. I am definitely impressed, would recommend him and the company to anyone I know. The other people involved in our loan were so great too, helpful and personable no matter what was thrown at them.
