A false listing has been posted on ************************** showing a house I own outright as being up for auction because of foreclosure. The mortgage is paid off. They have listed it trying to lure people into subscribing for more information and possible fraudulent bidding fees.Business Response

My home was listed as being foreclosed on according to homefinders website. That is absolutely not the case I would like to have my home removed from their list of foreclosures.Business Response

Our home is listed on ************************** under their Foreclosure tab as a Pre-foreclosure (Lis Pendens). This was brought to our attention by a sibling that was doing online searches for real estate in our area. It appears from looking at complaints about this company that they make a habit of doing this even though the listing is false. It also appears the the BBB has addressed similar complaints against this company.We would like our information to be taken off their website.Business Response

This company continuously calls me. I've been in the national no call list since 2004. I've re-added my number several times. The last couple times I've engaged with them, I reminded the agent I was in the no call list. He laughed and told me"don't worry I'll call you later." After redialing the number he picked up using the same fake name ,**** *****, I mentioned that we had just spoke and told him to remove my number and to not call again. His next call would be meet with legal action. He laughed again and crossing at me told me something I couldn't understand the cursed again and hung up. They call me at least once a day if not twice. The number they called from is ************..... I'm ready to cooperate with any investigations or whatever it is that needs to be done to stop them from calling.Business Response

I was informed that my home was listed as a new foreclosure on the ************************** site. I have contacted them numerous times to remove that fraudulent information . My home is not in foreclosure , preforeclosure or auction. This is defamatory and very misleading fraudulent information . This must be removed immediately.Business Response
