    Home Offer Direct was easy to work with and respectful of my wishes and requests. They bought our property knowing that a recalcitrant squatter/tenant was living in the house. They bought the property without an interior inspection and without any contingincies.
    I did not want to deal with the stress of evicting a tenant, remodeling the house and finding a new tenant. They relieved me of all that stress and bought it for a reasonable price.
    They were cooperative, attentive and responsive every step of the way. **** got us a Purchase Agreement that included the parameters we needed. ******* saw to it that everything we requested was acceptable and workable, And *******, our concierage, coordinated the details promptly. There was no waiting for answers. Everything was dealt with in an expeditious and pleasant manner.
    I am one happy guy to have all of this off my plate. Thank you Home Offer Direct!
