  Sellers Advantage and ******** Lines were AWESOME from start to finish. This was our first time ever using a company like this instead of selling the traditional way so we weren't sure what to expect but they stayed in communication and updated us through the entire process. My parents were in there home for 20 years so it was difficult saying goodbye to the home but they really helped out with everything they offer. I highly recommend.

  My family needed to sell our family house - the one we grew up in. My parents both passed away and none of us could do the upgrades needed or pay the bills. So we had to sell. My brother researched Sellers Advantage, and we all agreed to use them. This was such a good decision! They made a terribly sad situation better and easy! Every single person who we interacted with was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend ************ to anyone thinking of using them!

  We had a very good experience with Sellers Advantage when we decided to sell my mom's home. They gave us a very fair price, were extremely responsive, and the entire process was quick and easy. i would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and easy way to sell a home.

  Our experience with Seller's Advantage was, from beginning to end, efficient, pleasant and fulfilling. On our first call to set up an appointment we were treated to warm greetings. What Seller's Advantage was offering was explained clearly. There were no gray areas in the communication. A expeditious appointment was made for the representative to come out and do the evaluation of our property. He was personable, competent and respectful of our needs. There was no awkward pressure. The company's offer was quick, realistic and acceptable. Through the whole process the Seller's Advantage staff were helpful, professional and always friendly. The response time to our questions and concerns was quick. We highly recommend Seller's Advantage to anyone who wants to sell their property without having to make upgrades or changes. We were pleased with the whole experience and you should be, too.

  The process of selling my house was extremely easy and convenient. They provided great communication every step of the way keeping me updated through the end of the process. The funds were disbursed as promised. I appreciate that there were no fees so I saved a lot of money and I really appreciate that they purchased my house as is so I did not need to make any repairs or get rid of any unwanted items. They really take care of everything and the whole process is really simplified as they advertise.

  We had a fantastic experience with Sellers Advantage. They took care of everything for us in the sale of our home. They asked us what we wanted and when we wanted to close escrow - and they followed through. Our home needed major repairs and we did not have the time or resources to do that. Sellers Advantage gave us a price for our home that we were happy with. We did not have to deal with realtors or have people come by looking at the house. We chose when we wanted to move out. We were downsizing and we left a lot of things behind that we didn't want. The whole experience could not have been easier. All of the people at Sellers Advantage were very kind and helpful and patient. Selling our home through Sellers Advantage was a wonderful experience and we appreciate them so much.

  Best decision I've ever made to use Sellers Advantage!!! Being a senior citizen and single, I didn't have any help to get rid of things when downsizing my home and I also didn't have the where-with-all to get things fixed up and nice looking in order to list my house on the market. The entire process from making me an offer to setting up the terms and length of my escrow was such a pleasure and they were so good at keeping in touch with me too! They truly do buy your house "as is" so you can focus your energy on finding another home and packing for your move. I was told to leave anything behind that I couldn't bring to my new home and I did just that.The escrow process was pretty smooth and when I hit a few snags, I communicated with my assigned "person" and she was able to help me resolve things quickly and easily. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and helpful, I strongly recommend you use them if you want to focus on other aspects of your relocation journey.

The whole team and *********** escrow make selling is a pleasant. No repair or showing to buyers. I highly recommend it.
