  I was definitely taken for 1500. They took my manuscript published it with numerous typos , assigned 'new publishers editors' and re-did which was pretty good , started a 1/2 way decent social media campaign and then ghosted me with undeliverable email address .I'd love to get some money back as I haven't organically (their words) grown and sold but 4 copies - all MY friends .

  This company has multiple umbrella companies connected to it that are nothing but scam artist in my opinion. Im gonna file a cause of action against them for each time that they publish someones book so anyone out there that has published a book through this company Amazon pro publishing, self publishing Etc. reach out to me tgposh2018 at g ma i l d ot com

  Sadly, they seem to be out of business. My book, HONOR ROLL ILLIERATE: **************** Failures and Phonics Successes is live on Amazon as is my other book, PHONICS STEPS TO READING SUCCESS! I thank ******* for at least getting it on line just before the company disappeared. The promised Kindle version is not uploaded properly and I have no audio version. I paid a lot of money for both. I am 82 and this puts me in a financial bind. It has been a challenge and I hope that ******* and ***, with whom I had contact, did not realize they were part of a scam. Anyone who is part of a scam, in my years of life experience, suffers throughout their lives. Too smart too late: I found their address is a FedX mail box, but no office.

  These guys are frauds. Plain and simple and should be sued by everyone that has used them. They promised advertising, but simply created a ******** page in my name and posted all advertisements on that single page. The editid my work and began changing words of poetry for "easier reading"'. NO ONE CAN EDIT A POEM THAT HE/SHE DID NOT WRITE! These clowns messed up my book, made multiple empty promises, charged me over $4,000, and in the end, I have to we-write in a short amount of time for my book to go to book fares. Do not deal with these bozos. You will regret it and in the end, pay lots of money for absolutely nothing in return. All of their promises are misleading lies. **********, they will shower your work as groundbreaking with tons of accolades. This is a ruse, these guys are nothing but con artists and should be arrested for targeting folks.

  How many ways can a company and its associates tell you that you are essential to them, that they are professionals capable of getting you the best publishing assistance available, telling you that they love working with you and that they can see a significant and growing relationship with you for additional business, and then drop the ball so many times that you feel like you've been mentally and financially raped?I agree with some reviews I've seen posted. If I could give this company a negative star, I would do it so fast that everyone's heads would spin. I admit I even gave them a great review after publishing my first book. Boy, how things change.Amazon Publishing Pros...... BIG, BIG, BIG, FAIL. Thank you for giving me the experience to remember the next time I feel like throwing my hard-earned money into the fireplace to watch it burn and choose NOT to do so the next time around.

  This was perhaps the most disappointing, angry-making I've ever experienced in my adult life... and I'm 77! Perhaps if I'd been younger and more alert to scams and such I'd have been more discerning and picked up 'clues' that I only recognized in retrospect.It all seemed on the up-and-up until, towards the end, it was "...and we'll need another $400 for this or that..." When it came to the actual publishing... well... it never happened.Why? Because I missed the ten-minute deadline they'd set for me - that they never told me about. In fact, they had given me no warning whatsoever that it was happening. Oh, they'd sent me a ** in an Email that contained nothing but the ** and I hadn't know what the heck they were sending me. I'd never done this before. They'd never told me what would be happening or what to expect come publishing time. So I asked for a re-do - let's just set up a new time - and got NO REPLY. I wrote again; again no response. So I'm basically out $1200 with not one thing to show for it except this depression I can't seem to shake.My only income is my monthly SS payment and, as I'd been a stay-at-home mom, it's kind of pitiful. I thank heaven that I'm married and that the loss is shared but I feel guilty as well since this affects not just me but my husband.

  Awful experience. They were not clear with prices from the very beginning. They were supposed to proof read my manuscript to get it up to scratch for publication. They did not. There was constant back and forth in an attempt to have them proof the work properly, they didnt correct even the most basic of grammar errors. The publishing process was promised to only take 2 months **** It has taken more than double that to have my book published and on the market. They was no communication when I wanted things to be changed or if it had been weeks with no update or contact regarding the book. Waste of money and felt very much like a scam. They constantly tried to convince me to purchase marketing packages or extras, even when I refused. I told them I was organising a book launch myself which seemed to cause them to not bother actually publishing my book in a professional or timely manner.

  I am really frustrated with this company. I contacted them in January 2023 to publish my poetry book in Persian. I had already published my memoir in English by CreateSpace (Amazon) in 2017. I approached them because Amazon did not support Persian language. They assured me that they would do it in both formats, hard copy and eBook. Then I realized that they did not have the resources, unable to edit in Persian, unable to design a professional cover, unable to publish in Persian (write to left writing) and the book comes out as a self-published product. They use *********** company and you have to pay them again and again because Amazon Publishing Pros can not get it right. Then you have to pay for the Author copy, wait 2 weeks and realize that that book is printed back to front. They apologize and the cycle goes on and on. They could not publish eBook either.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Is there a negative star anywhere? I have never been so furious with any company. Ever. And this is also my first ever negative online review- that's how frustrated I am. Somehow during their sales pitch they neglect to mention that once the book is done they will need access to your amazon account (which has your banking information saved on it) to help publish your book. When I heard this I immediately requested a refund. Mind you, I had a full manuscript and illustrations ready before I even started working with this company. So all they did was "format", as they call it, my book to fit Amazon guidelines. I had to have an extremely unprofessional and rude conversation with *****************, where he basically implied that I don't know what I am talking about and that any experienced writer would have known that this is normal procedure. Knowing that I am inexperienced nobody took the time to walk me through what I am signing up for, but rather made things sound so rosy that I got fooled into paying them. **** refused to even speak about issuing refunds so I asked to speak to his manager, ***** (who never provided his last name, nor direct contact information when I asked). ********************* me out, tried to change my mind again but in the end agreed to issue a refund. In business 3 days I follow up with **** (because I do not have *****'s contact info, when I call the main line- he is always busy), and I get an email from **** as if nothing happened basically asking me to approve the book so we can move forward with publishing.... I spent hours on the phone arguing with them and I get an email that looks like we've never even had this conversation about cancelling. I have never been so belittled by a service provider and felt like I am talking to a wall. I am still waiting for my refund, filing a complaint with the *** and Better Business Bureau. These guys have zerroooo customer service and are borderline scam artists. Do Not Recommend!
