    I ordered items from Zahraa the Label and tried on a dress before realizing it didnt fit me and immediately returning to its packaging to return. After paying the shipping fee to return it and placing it in a new paid for bag, I was denied the return because of visible stains on the inside of a sleeve and a snag. After many back and forth emails, I was finally shown proof. There were tiny imperfections that are not visible to the naked eye taken on flash photography. They were not from me and were from the factory, as I wore the dress for two minutes at most. I have the photos as evidence. I was a loyal customer of this company before this but came to realize many others have had issues with returns as well. I was not alone. This company will find any reason to not give you your money back, and I feel scammed. I would like my money back for the dress I returned. The imperfections are so minuscule and from the company itself. This isnt fair because it wouldve been ridiculous of me to return the item over just those imperfections that nobody would notice.

    Complaint Against Zahraa The Label Order Not Delivered & No Response Company Name: Zahraa The Label Order Number: #******* Date of Purchase: 7th January 2025 Amount Paid: 224,31Shipping Fee: 70 Payment Method: ****** Complaint Details:I placed an order with Zahraa The Label nearly two months ago, and despite paying a 70 shipping fee, my package has not been delivered. The tracking information has not updated since January 15, 2025, and the package appears to be stuck in transit.I have contacted Zahraa The Label multiple times via email, but they do not respond. The only time they replied was when I opened a ****** dispute, but once the dispute was closed, they completely ignored my follow-ups ******** a paying customer, I expect better service and accountability, especially when a company charges a high shipping fee. I request:1.An immediate update on my shipment and proof that it is still being processed.2.A full refund if the company cannot provide a solution within a reasonable timeframe.If Zahraa The Label continues to ignore this issue, I will escalate further, including filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting the business to consumer protection agencies.I request that the BBB intervenes to resolve this issue, as I am being ignored and left without a product or a refund.Expected Resolution:?     I purchased 3 hijabs for a total of $33.30. My package never arrived to my location. Somehow someone else had received it and found me online with the information they had on the package. I told the company about it and if I can get a return label to send to the person so he can send it back since he show proof some of the items were damaged it had holes in them. They first told me I can do the return online but their page doesnt work to make returns. I then asked them if I can get a return label and they message me no because after shipping they not responsible since it was sent to the wrong place. The return label is a reasonable request, especially since the company's product was delivered to the wrong person and the products were damaged..The person even told me he email the company to ask to return the items but they shut him down. I contacted the carrier and they said the company needs to make the claim based on all the information I provided.Package protection is often an optional service that customers can purchase. However, its absence shouldn't absolve the company of their responsibility to deliver the product thats not damage.

    Returned items back and followed the return policy. item was unused and still in plastic but merchant claims there is glitter on it wont refund it. they said they will send proof but after that wont send anything

The **** Jilbab and Khimar Matching Sets (Sage and *****) were missing.The package was not damaged or tampered with, indicating the missing items were not shipped. I have repeatedly contacted ***** the Label to resolve this issue. While I have received correspondence from the company, they have not provided a refund or shipped the missing items.     On march 8 2024 I have order clothing from this brand. ORDER #*******. I have contacted them immediately via email and on their social media stating that I would like to cancel the order before it gets processed. They answered back that Their return policy doesn't work that way so I have to wait until I receive the item request for return and once I get approved to ship the item and wait for refund. It didn't make sense but I waited. So I soon as I received the item I requested a return, they accepted the return and I shipped unopened package. They sent me an email on April 19 stating that they return is approved on april 19. I was waiting for the refund and the refund never came through. So I emailed them at the beginning of June. They replied back that my refund is denied because the item smells like food. Item was shipped April 12 still in unopened packaging. They kept it with themselves for 2 months and they tell me it smells like food. The package was in my home office unopened until it was mailed back. I felt insulted by this as well. Now all I want is my money back. I will never shop from them and I will tell anyone i come across how i was treated poorly.

    Placed order on 1/26 (9 items, paid $213). 1/31: received email confirming items were shipped, provided tracking #. 2/8: tracking shows package in "pre-shipment" status; sent email to get an update. 2/9: received response confirming items shipped & providing same tracking # I already had. 2/16: package still shows "pre-shipment"; sent 2nd follow-up requesting update. 2/16: received response with apology for delays due to ***************** season (even though it's mid Feb.); offered coupon code for next purchase, which was funny considering I haven't even received my first order. 2/18: finally received my order- quality of most items was disappointing, and one item (long sleeve shirt, $45) was missing. Tried to start return online for 2 items (totalling $95) but was unable to, kept getting error that the order was "out of return window". According to their Refund Policy, returns are supposed to be within 15 days of delivery (not purchase) date. 2/18: sent email about missing item & asked for refund; also asked to clarify why I got an error when trying to return items on the same day I received them?! 2/20: received response apologizing for missing item and issuing a refund (which I received it), but they ignored my question about the return error. Sent another follow-up on same day, asking for response on return issue. 2/21: received response that error for returns was fixed; went online and was able to start a return which had to be approved. 2/23: received return approval, gave only 2 days to ship returns. 2/25: shipped items with tracking #. 2/27: tracking shows package was delivered. 3/8: no emails received, sent follow-up asking for refund status. Received response that items can take up to 7 bus. days to be inspected (it had been 8 bus. days!) 3/13: sent another follow-up, complained about terrible customer service. No response. 3/18: sent ANOTHER follow-up. 3/20: received response that items haven't been inspected yet and to be patient. It's now been a month!

    Ordered item on 3/18/23 and paid through PayPal installment pay. Received an email from company an hour later stating shipping delays of 14 days due to company warehouse being moved. Company did not mention delay at initial purchase. Items are needed for Ramadan only, products will not reach me in time needed. Emailed company back to cancel order, no response. Email PayPal asking to cancel order and stop payment. Company has not replied back to me or to PayPal. Customer wants to cancel order before shipment is sent out and requests full refund including shipping charge.

    Ordered item on January 7 with expected processing and ship time of **** days. Did not receive item by January 20th and sent an email inquiry. Advised by customer support that it would ship momentarily. Still had not received item by 1/26/23 and logged into portal and saw order was canceled. Emailed CS informing them I ordered item for an upcoming holiday 2/3/23. Advised by customer support via email that cancellation was an error and they would be emailing tracking code once item shipped and that it was delayed due to warehouse. Item still not received by 1/27/23 - emailed CS again asking for an update. No reply. Emailed again 1/31 explaining dissatisfied and still had not received shipping notification and asked that order be canceled. 2/2 CS emailed stating order could not be canceled but return was possible upon receipt. Item not received until 2/14 while out of county on holiday. Returned 2/18 and asked for a return and advised item is not returnable. Emailed CS with no reply. Item shipped from location 5 miles from my home. Unable to return. Refuses to now reply to email complaints. Extremely poor unethical business practices. Lied multiple times about shipping item that did not ship until 3 weeks later.

    I placed an order with this company on 12/31/22. It is currently 2/9/23 and I know nothing about whether or not my money has gotten stolen or if I am ever going to get my items. I purchased through a third party, Shop Pay for around $60-70 worth in installment payments. I had previously seen comments about other customers saying they believed this company steals from customers but I did not believe it as it is an organized company. I have had to reach out multiple times to the customer support team to get an update on my order with very little explanations. I got a weather/holiday excuse but it cannot be possible that this is the same reason for over a month of no movement. After my multiple attempts of trying to retrieve answers from the team, they sent me a tracking number telling me my items have been "shipped". This is false. The e-mail I received was a pre-packaging label and when I called them out on this, they did not reply. I have been told by the owner and her customer support team that my items have shipped when they have not. This entire ordeal is extremely suspicious. I am not the only one who has experienced this recently but because of that, I am choosing to report this company. It is not okay to practice business in this matter and continue to get away with it.
