    I ordered a product from them costing approximately $48 on 28 SEP. I received no confirmation email or any correspondence saying my order has been processed , received etc. They sure did take my money out of my account. If I had read reviews before ordering, I would not have done business with them. All I see are 1 star reviews with those experiencing the same problems as me. I would like to further spread the word if possible . I am not concerned with monetary loss , but rather the principle as this "business" has no customer service and I find it unprofessional and facetious.

    I ordered three vape devices from ********************** over the internet. Only two of the **** devices i purchased currently work. The non-working vape device powers on but the coils inside are burning and I taste a metallic taste from it. Not only is this device unusable, i feel like it poses a health risk. I reached out to delta extrax via email, and they are telling me to send them a video of the device not working. The short video I'm trying to send them is "too large to be sent by email" and not only that, how I am supposed to prove via video that the device is burning and producing a metallic taste? Currently, they are no longer responding to my emails. I didn't receive any instructions other than to send them a video. I want to be refunded for this device because it's not working and it's dangerous to use. I pasted the information from the order i placed with delta extrax below.     Ordered product April 19. On April 23rd they sent email that order would be delayed.On May 12, with no communication from company , I emailed and asked them to cancel the order.They responded that the order could not be canceled because the order was already packed and ********** of May 17th, their tracking company shows no package anywhere or that it has been shipped.I have been dealing with this company for a few years with no issues and orders were always shipped in a timely way with good communication.

    November 30, 2024 was when I placed my order.December 4, 2024 they said it was shipped but wasn't.**** still doesn't have my package. It's still in pre-shipment.I have emailed them and they say they can't give me a refund because they don't have my package which they still do. I want my money back because this isn't the first time they've done this to people. I wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before even giving them any money. I have all the emails that we exchanged back and forth. It's supposed to be protected by Route Protection but they won't let me file a claim yet.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
